Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl chequered tiling and Paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thk for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm gr Aggr) as in sub floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-0 1:2:4 ( 12.50mm graded agg) as in flooring/ levelling coursecomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling joints between two panels with mix of 85/25 bitumen and sand in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

S & f chequered cement concrete tile 300x300x25 mm thk rubber moulded / glossy finish set and jointed in neat cement slurry and ponted in grey cement & pigment (glossy finish/rubber moulded) over screed bed 20 mm thk in cm 1:6

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic designed tiles in vertical surface 600x 300x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over incl. 10-20 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 to maintaine true plumb incl dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including taking down backing coat, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding g 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, incl complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L pre mirror polished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring and skirting 18-22mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, incl dismantling floor, hearth, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as speicified and directed.
