Maintenance of L.T. Boiler auxiliary motor De-termination of power cable, removal of L.T. Boiler auxiliary motor from the bed, measurement of IR values and winding resistance values of the motor, field coil and tacho-coil in the RC feeder motor and fault rectification by dismantling the motor and replacing the failed and worn out parts, reassembling and re fixing the motor on the bed, checking complete alignment, reconnecting the power cable and conducting trial run satisfactorily.(Including Cost of consumables, and hire charges for T&P).

Boiler valve motor / Soot blower motor Determination of power cable, removal of valve motor from the actuator, measurement of IR values and winding resistance values in the motor, and fault rectification by dismantling the motor and replacing the failed and worn out parts, reassembling and re fixing the motor on the actuator, reconnecting the power cable and conducting trial run satisfactorily. Rectification of LT Module Inspection of module during fault and rectification of the fault by tracing the control circuit, checking of tightness, replacing failed parts, complete checking the healthiness of module and out going cable in the BMCC, BVMCC, and soot blower modules.

Maintenance of Ash Silo Transformer Removal of Terminal box cover, measurement of IR values, checking tightness, inspection of cables, breather, explosion vent, oil level and collecting of oil sample for BDV test and complete cleaning of Ash silo Transformer A & B. (Including Cost of consumables, and hire charges for T&P).
