(b) The rates include for supplying transformers with standard fittings and installing complete including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, testing and commissioning but exclude connecting cables,steel mounting fabrications, earthing ,testing & PCC if any, which shall be measured separately. (c) The transformer will have its initial oil filling to appropriate level (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength included in supplied and installed rates).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set to given an output of 50 KVA (40 KW) at 415 Volts. 3 phase, 50 HZ, 4 wire directly coupled to diesel engine, liquid cooled, mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank of adequate capacity, vibration damper, other accessories with acoustic enclosure and alternator with AMF Panel (Gen set comply with CPCB - II Norms) including PCC foundation as per OEM specification etc. complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as directed by Engineer-in-charge including comprising of followings :-

(A) DIESEL DRIVEN ENGINE - Engine suitable for alternator to give a net directed output of 50 KVA (40 KW) , 1500 RPM, conforming to ISO 8528-1 and IS:10001/10002 under NTP conditions with provision of 10 % overload capacity for one hour in every 12 hours or conforming to BS, ISO or IS including comprising of following :- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling and fly wheel housing. (ii) Oil bath air cleaner, air breather type. (iii) Fuel injection rotary pumps and nozzles. (iv) Governor electronic type as per manufacturer's instructions/design. (v) Oil filter with mounting arrangements. (vi) Lubricating oil pump and cooler.

(vii) Self starter 12 volts. (viii) Lubricating oil cooler. (ix) Exhaust silencer residential type exhaust. (x) Drip tray (xi) Instrument panel complete with microprocessor controller, Push start button , Lubricating oil pressure gauge, Water temperature gauge digital type, Stop button, RPM meter digital type and KWH meter. (xii) Engine protection unit for low lubricating oil pressure, high coolant temperature. (xiii) Dynamo/Alternator. (xiv) Batteries (maintenance free) 12 volts of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's design with lead post and interconnecting the batteries with suitable copper cable through connector etc-01 Nos.

(B) ALTERNATOR - The engine shall be coupled through flexible coupling to an Synchronous alternator mounted on a strong steel fabricated common base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. The alternator shall be 3 phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulating and Brushless type provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall be confirm IS Standards, generating 50 KVA output after derating with coupled to diesel engine at 0.8 power factor lag, 415 volts, 4 wire, AC supply under NTP conditions. The alternator will confirm the following feature :- (i) IP 23 protection with H class insulation. (ii) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 Hour operations. (iii) Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) - electronic Type.

(C) AUTO MAIN FAILURE (AMF) CONTROL PANEL : Separate cubical panel , outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 3 mm thick totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, AC 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar of capacity as required to carry current at 110% load of 50 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded, pre wired with copper control wire suitable size all as per standard practice of manufacturer specifications with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB 100 Amps, 36 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic type and 4 pole power contactor 100 Amps for alternator. (ii) MCCB 100 Amps, 36 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic type and 4 pole power contactor 100 Amps for mains

(iii) Multifunctional digital meter for measuring V,A,Freq,P.F, KW,KVA for 3 phase phase 4 wire system (iv) digital type meter for DC Voltage and ampere for battery. (v) Electronic KWH meter (Digital display) for 3 phase 4 wire AC system. (vi) Set of suitable current transformers for panel meters and relay. (vii) EB power failure timer relay.

(D) BASE FRAME : Engine and Alternator directly coupled on a common channel iron fabricated base frame with predrilled holes. (E) FUEL TANK : Daily service fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommended, fabricated from CRCA sheet metal and integrated in base frame of acoustic enclosure complete with drain valve, level indicator, lid with hinges including locking system, inlet and outlet connection.

(F) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Enclosure be designed for reducing the sound level 75 db (Average) as per ISO , CPCB - II norms. The acoustic enclosure must consists of following :- (i) CRCA sheet as per manufacturer standard. (ii) Base frame be fabricated of ISMC channel or in sheet metal, base frame will be prime coated and painted. (iii) Enclosure be powder coated. (iv) Insulated rock wool fire retarded/non igniting and noise reduction type, properly clamped and shall be provided on all doors, roof and sides to absorb noise. (v) Special designed stainless steel door locks and door hinges.

NOTES : (i) The panel will be complete with internal wiring with suitable size of copper cable. (ii) The panel shall be CPRI Approved manufacturer. (iii) cost of DG set foundation ,painting, earth work shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of item.
