Fire Fighting- Sprinkler System Providing and laying MS (C Class) Pipe IS:1239 marked including all forged fittings and accessories such as screwed/welded flanges, tees, reducers etc. complete including painting, welding, jointing and neoprene gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. as required of the following pipes painted with one coat of primer & two coats of post office red enamel paint fixed in ceiling, walls, coloumns for all heights with hangers, supports and fasteners all as per drawing including chasing of walls/columns/ceilings etc. and making good the same complete as required (for Sprinkler System). Guidance Signages SITC of internally illuminated LED based mandatory information Runway/ Taxiway guidance signages (as per ICAO standard) made of 2-mm anodized aluminium sheet/ profile frame and body , 4-mm thick glare free, UV, abrasion, high temparature resistant poly carbonate with non-specular surface and suitable back ground coloured vinyl. The letters and symbols made out from 3M film shall be internally pasted/screen printed with required colouring , suitable arrangement shall be made to function on series circuits through Constant Current Regulator by providing suitable converter with internal control circuits. Suitable arrangement shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangement, sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of LEDs of appoved make having 11 Nos LED’s of 0.5 W or equivalent, with thermal management having LED life >50000 hours to achieve required illumination level (average sign illuminace shall be at least : Red - 10 cd/sqm, Yellow - 50 cd/sqm, White - 100 cd/sqm), operated on input source of 2.8 Amps. to 6.6 Amps. constant current but excluding isolation transformer and should have uniform brightness across the entire range of current variation from 2.8A to 6.6A. Board shall have secondary leads protected with flexible pipe including nut bolt, frangible mounting legs with base flange, nut bolts etc. The board shall have necessary water proof protection and shall be as per latest ICAO standards in all respect. Each leg of the signage board shall be installed by anchor bolts, nuts etc. including providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of suitable dimension as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.

Guidance Signages SITC of Bay Indicator at stand fabricated with central split type opening for easy maintenance made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminum profile with suitable support. The rear panel shall 1.2 mm thick with ready to install fitting for mounting on pole or façade. The long-life facia is UV stabilized polycarbonate face of 4mm thickness with special adhesive and vinyl pasting from inside of polycarbonate face. The board shall have hinged front face to allow easy access for maintenance. Even light distribution ensured due to LED array. The boards shall be internally uniformly illuminated with LED lamp (modules) and all other accessories including having individual LED drivers to work on 230V AC supply complete with all internal wirings, connectors etc.as required. The board shall be in aviation yellow colour or any other colour as decided by EIC.

Guidance Signages SITC of Location signage as per ICAO Standard made of high intensity retro-reflective encapsulated lens type sheeting pasted on 2 mm thick aluminium sheet. The signage matter will be of electro-cut computerized automated self adhesive retro-reflective sheeting. The size of the Board will be as per ICAO standards of 1100 mm height. The Board shall be fixed by means of rivets on 35mmX35mmX5mm Al frame as required and supported by means of one no. frangible post with base flange. The back ground colour and colour of lettering shall be as per ICAO specifications. Each leg of the board shall be installed by anchor bolts, nuts etc. including providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of suitable dimension as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.
