SCHEDULE 'A'

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductor from LT service feeder or distribution line complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type or sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /through pipes / ducts or on poles/ wall / floor jointing to overhead conductor, LT panels, main switch with of cable size aluminium lugs and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Polycab/Havells/KEI Note:- Excavation & RFR shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this shedule .

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in approved earth, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade including all fittings laid in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Pipe 40 mm bore light grade including fittings laid in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for horizontal boring using ultra sound technique/any other suitable mechanical means at approx 1 metre below the road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging the existing surfaces getting out & disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre from the site of work including supply & fixing GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub Class 'B' Bricks,old size, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F three core cable 1.5 sqmm of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor weather proof in existing surface/ recessed/on pole with 20mm PVC conduit pipe medium grade, 2 Nos clamps with nut, bolt & washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of junction box made of thermoplastic, IP 66 of size 205mm x 255mm x 112mm consisting of 4 Nos terminal on porceline support inside enclosure,5 way insulated for cable glands (incl locknut) with MCB SP 6 Amps and using 40 x 6mm size MS clamps of required shape & size with bolts, nuts & washers and making connections by providing suitable size of lugs / binding and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Hensel /C&S/BCH

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI earth wire protected by 15mm bore light grade GI pipe and other end connected to earthing test point or main switch board as directed including funnel with watering pipe of 20mm bore light grade GI, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth pit, cast iron cover and frame, including necessary excavation and earth work and refilling of black soil good conductor of earth and necessary testing and shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed flame-proof wiring FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistandard copper conductor cables 1100 Volts grade of 1.5 sqmm drawn through and including (medium grade) stove enamelled steel conduit in concealed of FRLSH PVC insulated unshelathed single core multistandard copper conductor cables 1.5sqmm 1100 volt grade for earth continuity wire, connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in control Gear box/Flame proof switch with and including flame proof junction box as per requirement including testing on completion complete including cutting chases for concealed conduit pinning in making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar and making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pine technology upgrated (Zinc & alloy coated) Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) micrones earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia 3 mtr length zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) the compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods, the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The Job includes digging the pits and refiiling the same by electrode/conductolite back fill compound (Ground enhancer) the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contian enveironmentally hazard material having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra perpit/unit. As earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is indirect contact with the ground and thus provides a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage current, the materials should have a good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil condition and testing on completion coplete all as specified and directed. Make ASHLOK model ASEEL or equivalent Note:- Earth result should be obtain minimum 1 Ohm.

M&L for flame proof MCB DB SPN 240 Volts 8 way suitable hazardous area laden with gases/vapous of group II (A) and II (B) as per IS 2148/1984, 30 Amps 550 Volts AC enclosed as per IP-65 degree of protection and as per IS 2147/1962 made out of cast aluminium alloy LM-06 having earthing and neutral terminal and including the followings:- (i) MCB SPN 240 Volt 20 Amp-01No (ii) MCB SP 240 Volt 2.5 Amp-06 Nos

M&L for concealed explosion proof submain wiring with two single core grade PVC insulated fire retardant multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm in and including ERW rigid steel conduit medium grade ISI marked with all flame proof conduit fittings and accessories fixed on walls/ceiling with proper fixing arrangements including one No continueous run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated fire retardant solid copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor fixed to earth terminal and metalic body complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flame proof weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, 40 Amps rating, 500 Volts, 3 pole and earth complete with cable termination box in aluminium alloy or cast iron complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 57,600.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 35). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
