Cutting in earth work in all depths and heights in hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited), or setting out to the required lines grades, side slopes, trimming of bottom and levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by by the Engineer-in-charge at site according to the HPPWD specification of 1990 volume-1 and sorting of useful and unusefull materials and stacking the useful material along road side which shall not be less than 1149.20 cubic meter failing which recovery @ Rs. 300/- per cubic meter shall be effected and transportation of the un useful material for filling in roadway embankments’ for grade improvement and level to required grades and then disposing off all surplus excavated material in acquired width of the road or on approved dumping site through all modes of transportations including head load, animal loads or mechanical means along with its leveling and fine dressing and carriage of all labour machinery, materials, tools, equipments and safety measured and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and or labor (if any required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge). Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and transportation of useful and un useful materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him to full extent complete in all respects and in all cases.
Earth work in excavation in foundation structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to any lead, dressing of sides and bottoms and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentals
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand: twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) for structure like retaining walls, breast walls wing walls, toe walls, abutment and similar works etc. in all heights complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1204 and curing complete including carriage of materials in all leads lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain/ reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm.(One hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slope of I (v) : 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614,709,12.04.3.7 within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm diameter G.I. wire confirming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mmx 100mm (one hundred into one hundred millimeter) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less than 25 kg. (twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Back filling behind Retaining wall with granular material complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1204.3.8. Including carriage of material within all lead and lifts and other incidentals.
