Srl Item No 1.00 Note :- (a) All T & P and labour team required to attend the complaint comprising of adequate trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily as directed. (b) Rep of the contractor will remain present in complaint cell & responsible for receiving & attending the complaints from 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs daily, the time of lodging the complaint. (c) Cost of minor stores such as screws, clamps, insulation tapes, nuts/bolts, nails of required size etc shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (d) Complaints where complete replacement of circuit/point wiring is required shall be measured under relevent item of this schedule.

Identifying and rectifying the defects pertaining to Geyser, solar water heater of any type and nature such as taking down defective Geyser Box/MCB SP/SPN, loose connection, wiring short circuit any type, removing air lock or checking & replacing heating element/thermoastat /indicator/ PVC connection/geyser plug top 20/15 Amps, rectification of faulty electric circuits, tightening of loose connections, replacment of old u/s wiring/conduits/casing caping & connections etc. complete all as directed.

Identifying and rectifying the complaints pertains to ceiling fans/exhaust fans/Air ventilation Fan and connects electric circuit, tightening of loose wirring/conduits /fan capacitors and connection carrying out minor repairs incl blade alignments, screwing/ tightening the nuts/bolts/washers etc incl taking down & refixing properly in the same position after repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Overhauling/Dismantling of defective/rusted Geyser of 25 Ltr capacity, removing inlet/outlet connections, taking out U/S parts by unscrewing bolts and nuts etc. Checking defects and re-assembling the Geyser after refixing serviceable/new parts & cleaning, dicling and refixing only serviceable items and re-installing the Geyser in suitable place/position and connecting inlet-outlet connections & testing complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of complete defective Ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep i.e. down rod with its Canopies, Shackle, Blade, Condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of Ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding,ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :-

Notes :- (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter winding with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, (weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled Fan) varnishing heating and testing as per manufactures designed & specifications and as directed by Enge-in-charge. (b) Re-assembling complete Ceiling fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes,blades, ball bearing, twin twisted Copper cable, down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing and Canopies & split pins complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling, cleaning outer body & surfaces etc all as directed.

-Ditto- all as per Item No. 99 here-in-before but Air ventilation PVC body/exhaust fan of size 200/230/300 mm sweep.

-Ditto- all as per Item No. 99 here-in-before but only overhauling of celing fan 1200mm/1400mm by greasing and oiling,replacement of unserviceable/defective components, except rewinding of starter winding complete all as directed.

Note Sl.No. 101 :- (a) Spare parts found unserviceable/defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. (b) The element for fixing of new spare parts are deemed to be included in quoted unit rate of above items

Supply in repairs the spare parts of Ceiling fan 1200mm /1400mm sweep of different make :-

(a) Condenser of capacity 2.5 to 4.5 mfd, 440 Volts, AC 50 Hz, plastic-casing, two terminal-copper wire, confirming to IS 1709 complete

(b) Rubber bush for shackle with bolt, nut and lock pin suitable for Ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep.

(c) Split Pin

(d) Ball bearing of size 6201/6202 as per sample.

(e) Gun metal bush as per sample.

(f) Fan canopy pvc body, white in colour, suitable for existing fan, as per sample and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted/rusted surfaces of 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan and re-fixing the same after painting of the same with white colour synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler & one coat after cleaning all dust etc. and writing MES Number in black paint with skilled painter, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:-All T&P and labour team as required will be provided by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S & F in repair PVC insulated flexible cable three core Copper conductor of size 1.00 Sqmm, ISI marked, covered with white colour round insulation complete are as specified and direced.

S & F in repair 'U' shape shackle clamp assembly incl checknut, bolts, screws, washer, lock nut, rubber reel etc and connecting, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix LED bulb of 10 watt, of base B-22, suitable for fixing in lamp holder.

Supply in rpairs/replacements of Self Adhesive PVC Electrical Insulation tape of size 1.80 cmX6.5 m X0.125 mm,

S&F in replacement 3 pin plug-top, 15A, 240, beckelite, heavy duty ISI marked suitable for 16A socket outlet complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement 3 pin plug-top, 5A, 240, beckelite, heavy duty ISI marked suitable for 5A socket outlet complete all as directed.
