Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.500 mm.

Plum Concrete work with 40 % Cement Concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60% stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any. (i) (1:3:6) proportion.

Controlled Cement concrete with well graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size ) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per ISI-456 and relevant special publications submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Consumption of cement will not be less then 300kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basic of preliminary test & job mix formula In Ground floor & foundation.[using concrete mixture]M 20 Grade. (ii) N.B. Veriety (stone metal).

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation, basement and up to roof of ground floor/up to 4m. Tor steel/Mild steel. other than SAIL/TATA/RINL/JSW/JSPL/Shyam/SRMB/ISSL/BMASL/Electrosteel

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging up to 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thick ness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (up to roof of ground floor). (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing high density poly-ethylene pipes or P.V.C. pipes for above ground work including costs of jointing materials, paints etc.fitting and fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, making threads, cutting holes in walls of R.C. floor where necessary and mending goods all damages excluding the cost of masonry or concrete work, if necessary ,but including the cost and fitting and fixing holder bat clamps(any floor) or for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Payment will be made on center line measurment of the total pipeline including specials.) . Above Ground . 20 mm dia.
