Finishing walls with Royale Play Stucco paint with smooth marble finish or equivalent of interior grade, applying one coat of Wall Primer followed by one coat of acrylic wall putty, 1 coat of Wall Primer and 3 coats of royale play stucco polish smooth marble finished as per approved sample i/c sanding for base preparation, carriage etc. all complete as per manufacturer specification and direction of EIC.

Providing and laying thick 9mm thick Vitrified Wall tiles of size 1.2m X 0.6m in brick tile finish of make Icon (Cinder block series) or equivalent, of approved make, in walls, dado, skirting, riser of steps, fixed over a properly leveled and cleaned cementitious base using high-strength tile adhesive (Roff Stonefix, MYK Laticrete, or equivalent) including grouting the joint with white cement/ epoxy & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment). Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size of Tile 600 x 1200 mm

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing & fixing wall cladding with PVC solid charcoal decorative panels having 6mm overall thickness of approved colour & pattern including fixing arrangement all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Placing in Position Custom made filing unit of required depth and size all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge. : a) The carcase and shelves shall be made with 18 mm thick commercial ply and back with 8 mm thick commercial plywood. The shelves are to be provided at an approximate gap of 300 to 400 mm as per direction of EIC. The edges of commercial plywood shall be covered with PVC Edge Tape. b) All outer surface (except back side) shall be finished with 1.0 mm thick decorative / coloured high pressure laminated sheet of plain /wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. c) All inner surfaces and shelves shall be finished with 0.65 mm thick liner laminate in suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. d) Shutters shall be made with 19 mm thick commercial board and to be fixed with 2 / 3 nos. SS butt hinges of size 75X20X25 mm, 100 mm S.S handles (one on each shutter), magnetic catcher, tower bolt and Multi purpose lock. f) The shelves should be supported with two numbers SS shelf pin on each side. (For payment purpose Front area to be measured.) (Note: The item includes cost of all material, labour and fixing charges as per the site requirements) Depth 450 mm

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick PVC Board Jaali in MS/ wood frame using necessary fixing arrangement including cost of CNC cutting in required pattern, cartage, handling, installation etc (but excluding cost of frame), all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 Mtrs lead : Of area 3 sq. Mtrs and below

Disposal of moorumlbuilding rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 1 0 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note • item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately)

Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer-in-charge.

SITC of 10 Watt LED Bollard having 900/1000 mm height, IP 65 protection, housing made up of extruded powder coated aluminium including all necessary components and all installation accessories complete as required.

Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rate (E&M) 2022 and specification as and when reqd. Percentage above or below on the rates of DSR (E&M) 2022-(CPWD)-Electrical items worth totaling to Rs. 100000.00 as mentioned below. (Note: Rate shall be quoted in the Indian Rupees only payment of DSR item will be released on the basis of percentage calculation of quoted amount and fixed amount of Rs. 100000/- as clarified below: For Example: If desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.105000/- If desired to quote 5% below on DSR-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.95000/-. (Rates are exclusive of GST but including labour Cess@1%)
