| 1.01(A) Water cooled chillers Two Nos of water cooled chiller unit factory assembled micro processor controlled each with minimum 50% of full load cooling capacity complete and each comprising of the following :- (i) Scroll compressor hermatically sealed units using R - 134a/407C refrigerant complete with suction and discharge shut off valves, automatic capacity control with the thermostats and solenoid valves, built in suction strainer, oil pump, hot gas muffler, oil pressure, safety switch etc all as specified. (ii) Shell and tube type water cooled condenser MS Shell and integrally finned copper tubes complete with safety valve, drain valve, water inlet and out valves, hot gas inlet and liquid outlet isolating valves, thermometer and pressure gauges at water inlet / outlet and purge valve all as specified. (iii) Shell and tube DX chiller with thermal insulation, temperature of water entering and of water leaving of the chiller designed suitably, incuding refrigerant inlet and outlet connections with isolating valves, expansion, valves water inlet and outlet valves, temperature and pressure gauges at water inelt and outlet. (iv) Equipment foundation & mounting duly fabricated out of MS channel / angle of suitable size of mounting compressor, motor and condenser all as per manufacturer's instruction. (v) Set of neoprane rubber anti - vibration ribbed pads with MS channel in foundations etc complete as per manufacturer's instructions for installation of the plant. (vi) First charge of R - 407 C/134a refrigerant and compressor oil for the complete plant. (vii) Bright annealed copper heavy duty refrigerant piping for suction, discharge and liquid line complete with fitting valves, suction line should be insulated. (vii) Flow switch and balancing valve are to be provided in chiller piping arrangement. | ||||||
| 1.02(B) CONDENSER WATER PUMP & PIPING (i) Two Nos EEC series (Engergy efficient) monoblock centrifugal condenser cooling water pumping sets of of min 7.5 HP capacity to achieve desired discharge and head alongwith necessary valves in suction and delivery line (02 Nos ) and suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 cycles, 415 volts AC supply along with hydraulic vane type water meter for flow measurement and providing a pressure gauge in each pump set of suitable capacity including suitable foundation with neoprence rubber anti vibration ribbed pads all as specified. (ii) Condenser water piping :- A lot of MS class 'C', heavy grade, ISI marked pipe of suitable size with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, reducers, tees supports, flow indicators etc of suitable size as per site requirement of maintain the continuous flow of condesnser water from Make up tank to Coolong towers to Condenser so that designed conditions can be met with (iii) A lot of butter fly valves, gate valves, sluice valve & non return valve with y strainer in chilled piping network to maintain requied flow in each branch line as per approved layout diagram. (C) CHILLED WATER PUMP & PIPING (i) Two Nos monoblock centrifugal pumpsets of suitable size & capacity but not less than 5 HP for circulating chilled water along with necessary valves in suction and delivery line (02 Nos) and suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 cycles, 415 volts, AC supply, along with one number pressure gauge in each pump set of suitable capacity including suitable foundation with neoprene rubber anti - vibration ribbed pads all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction. (ii) Chilled water piping :- A lot of MS class 'C', heavy grade, ISI marked pipe of suitable size with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, reducers, tees supports, flow indicators etc of suitable size as per site requirement to maintain the continuous flow of chilled water from chiller unit to AHUs so that designed conditions can be met with. The chilled water pipe line network shall be laid above ground, floor, roof, along wall etc with supports as per site requirement. Chilled water pipe line shall be insulated with EPS TF quality insulation section of 50 mm thickness with and including applying bituminous compound and AL cladding with 26 gauge AL sheet to avoid the heat loss including water pipe line. Bidder shall ensure the quality of line insulation and adqquate insulation be provided so that chilled water temperature of 8-9 degree celcius can be maintained at AHUs inlet point. (iii) A lot of butter fly valves, gate valves, sluice valve & non return valves with y strainer in chilled piping network to maintain requied flow in each branch line as per approved layout diagram. (iv) Condensate water drain piping with GI pipe medium grade conforming to IS : 1239 of suitable size including all fittings like anchor fasteners, couplings, bends elbows, tees thrust, blocks, wooden blocks, flanges, welding as required including insulation as specified. | ||||||
| 1.03(D) ELECTRIC HOT WATER GENERATOR Design, Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of electric hot water generator 45 Kw complete with ERW shell with insulation , Emersion type Heater , control panel and all controls etc for winter heating of suitable capacity as per climatic condition of Agra in winter with suitable controls for auotomatic function for maintaining temperature and humidity as specified throughout the year with control wiring all as specified and directed. (E) HOT WATER PUMP & PIPING (i) Two Nos EEC series (Engergy efficient) monoblock centrifugal condenser cooling water pumping sets of of min 3 HP capacity to achieve desired discharge and head alongwith necessary valves in suction and delivery line (02 Nos ) and suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 cycles, 415 volts AC supply along with hydraulic vane type water meter for flow measurement and providing a pressure gauge in each pump set of suitable capacity including suitable foundation with neoprence rubber anti vibration ribbed pads all as specified. (F) PAN TYPE HUMIDIFIER Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of PAN TYPE HUMIDIFIER 6KW for AHU of suitable capacity emersion type electric heater fitted complete with stainless steel tank with float valve, water makeup, overflow and drain connections and humidistat with necessary supports by MS structural steel if required, hangers, clamp supports from walls floors and ceiling with painting with one coat of primer and two coats of paint to supports of MS work. | ||||||
| 1.04(G) AIR HANDLING UNITS : Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of double skin floor mounted type air handling units 20000 CFM alongwith suitable VFD control with sensors complete, made of ( 23 + 2 ) mm thick panels consisting of GI casing of thickness 0.63 mm outside layer and 0.63 mm inside layer, injected at factory by moulding machine with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation complete with blower section and filter section with filter of 10 micron at 90% efficiency, chilled water coil and hot water coil constructed out of copper tubes not less than 0.5mm thickness and aluminum fins, Suitable capacity TEFC drive squirrel cage induction motor 415 ± 10% volts,50 Hz centrifugal forward / backward curved fan suitable for 65/50 mm TSP, access door etc. complete as per std. specification. Maximum face velocity across the coil shall be 500 FPM and each 6 Row Deep cooling coil and 2 Row Deep Hot water Coil. RH to be maintained inside buildings as per user data sheet at appendix 'A' of following :- (i) 6 RD Chilled water Coil & 2 RD Hot water coil of copper tube and aluminium construction sized at maximum face velocity of 500 FPM. (ii) Pre filter of 10 micron at 90% efficiency on the face of the coil in return air stream. (iii) Squirrel cage induction motors suitable for 415 ± 10%volts, 50 Hz, AC supply meeting criterion as per ASHRAE standard 90.1-2007 and high efficiency. (iv) Fan belt drive package (v) Vibration isolators. (vi) Fan outlet velocity not exceeding 10 mps. (vii) Three way valve to be installed at chilled water line and hot water line of AHU. (H) AIR DISTRIBUTION WORKS (a) SUPPLY AND RETURN AIR DUCTS (i) Supply, Installation, Balancing and Commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting with supports as per IS: 277 and fabrication as per IS-655 complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers vanes & damper for fresh air etc. (ii) Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of fire dampers as required. (iii) Supplying installation of powder coated aluminum section supply air grill, fresh air grill with volume control damper, bird screen and return air grill without damper complete as required. | ||||||
| 1.05(H) AIR DISTRIBUTION WORKS (Contd...) NOTE: (a) Detailed layout drawing for ducts, pipe line for each buildings and plant room shall be approved by Engineer- in -charge/GE after acceptance of tender before execution. Execution of work shall be done as per approved drawings. Decision of GE will be final where pipe is to be done underground or above ground. Layout drawing shall be submitted by contractor for approval of GE. (b) Hanging of ducts with suitable size MS angle iron /channel MS-rod /fastener as per standard engg practice. Grilles/ Diffusers. Design, Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated aluminium section return air grill without volume control and supply air grill with volume control device volume control dampers as required complete all as specified and as directed. Volume Control Damper Design, Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of GI volume control dampers as required complete all as specified and as directed. Fresh Air Grilles Design, Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section fresh air grill in weather maker room with volume control dampers, bird screen etc complete all as specified and as directed. FIRE & SMOKE DAMPER Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of motorized combination fire and smoke damper (spring return type) of approved make of atleast 120 minute fire rating and all as specified. The fire damper shall be complete with electronic temperature sensor and electrically operated actuator .The fire dampers shall be located in the supply/return air ducts, at all fire rated crossovers (shafts/walls etc.) The control panel will be such located that the reset can be easily done. These combination smoke and fire dampers shall be interlocked with the building management system for fire detection / HVAC and shall trip/close in the event of fire / smoke in the respective zone with the following fitments/fixtures :- (i) Bare Fire Dampers with 150 mm sleeve. (ii) Control panel actuator , including Electrical,spring type actuator,remote indication of the fire damper position (iii) Interconnecting wiring for the fire alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers. | ||||||
| 1.06(I) ACOUSTIC AND INSULATION WORKS (i) Supply and Fixing acoustic lining of plenum with 15 mm thick Acoustic insulation with open cell nitrile rubber ( class “1” ) material of density 140 -180 kg/m3 & thermal conductivity of 0.047 W /mK having antifungal and antimicrobial properties to be applied using manufacturer’s recommended Rubber based Adhesive, as per the approved specifications. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved. (ii) Supplying and Fixing of 19 mm thickness Thermal insulation for Ducts indoor portion with closed cell class “O” Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 – 60 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.033- 0.038 W/mk and >7000 and with factory laminated Glass Cloth on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (the joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick nitrile tape complete as required. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved. (iii) Supplying and Fixing of 25 mm thickness Thermal insulation for outdoor portion Ducts at other places with Closed Cell Class “O” Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 – 60 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.033-0.038 W/mk and > 7000 and with factory laminated Glass Cloth on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (the joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick nitrile tape complete as required. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved. (J) COOLING TOWER Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Induced draft counter flow, vertical discharge type FRP Cooling tower of minimum 60 TR capacity with ultra-violet treated durable & highly efficient PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators, open pan suitable for water distribution complete with hot FRP water basin. The hot water shall be distributed to fills in each cell via pen type gravity type basin or with spray nozzles of having self rotating sprinklers. Cooling tower shall be provided with statically and dynamically balanced one no. anti corrosion treated axial flow type fan – direct driven or driven through special beveled reduction gear box with TEFC induction flame proof motor with IP-65 protection, IE-2, suction screen, make up and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections and suitable inspection hot- dipped galvanized ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, anti vibration mountings etc complete as required. The unit shall be installed at proper foundation as per requirements. (Civil foundation works is included in the scope of work) | ||||||
| 1.07(K) EXPANSION TANK, 1000 Ltr Capacity Supply, Installation, Testing of open type expansion tank of capacity as per design requirement, of MS Construction made of minimum 6 mm thick mild steel sheet duly insulated with 50 mm thick EPS TF quality insulation density shall be 16. Kg/Cum & finally covered with 26 G aluminum sheet complete including with connection over flow and drain 40 mm dia. Make up tank with makeup connection with float valve, drain valve and incoming line valves, vent connections, valves and fittings as required. (L) MAKE UP WATER TANK Supply & Installation makeup water tank of capacity 3000 Ltr capacity each, HDPE Construction complete in all respect with connection, over flow and drain. Make up connection with float valve, drain valve, incoming line valves and fittings as specified including civil works as required and directed. (M) ONLINE SCALE PREVENTOR Supply installation testing & commissioning of online non chemical water treatment scale preventor system(suitable for pipe size as per design) having flow rate as per design requirement (N) MOTOR CONTROL MAIN HVAC PANEL & AHU PANEL FOR AC PLANT Design, Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning cubicle type LT panel consisting of the 3 phase, 415 volt ± 10%, 35 MVA rupturing each capacity made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated conforming to IP-54, CPRI Appproved including interconnection wiring, indicating lamps etc and with the under mentioned incoming & out going components complete. The cubicle panel shall be free floor standing type, complete with interlocking arrangement & earth bus. The panel shall have compartmentalized arrangement to accommodate one feeder in each compartment. A vertical cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve one or two vertical feeder sections. Also the openings between the busbar chamber and the feeder section shall be shrouded with Bakelite/hylam sheet with minimum 3 mm thickness. All the hardware used in fabrication of panel shall be galvanized with zinc passiveness with followings:- | ||||||

The MCCB should have Ics=Icu=Icw for 1 sec for short circuit current breaking and over temperature protection feature. (ii) 1 NO. 0-1000 volts digital voltmeter 96x96 mm with selector switches etc as required (iii) 1 No. 0- 500 amps, digital ammeter 96x96 mm with 3 nos. 1000/5 CT's ratio with selector switch. (iv) Phase indicating lamps etc with control fuses as required (v) Breaker On/Off trip indication (vi) 1 Set of 300 Amps TPN Copper Bus Bars with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves. (vii) 1 Set digital type 3 phase 200 Amps Electronics KWH meter. Outgoings (i) 3 Nos. 63 amps TP MCCB, 36 KA , electrically operated with microprocessor release for adjustable over load setting (Min 70% to 100%) as per (IEC-60947- 1&2) standard and fixed magnetic setting complete as outgoing feeders for 2 Nos. chilling unit compressor motors & 1 Nos. HW Gen. (ii) 04 Nos. TP MCB of 32 Amps, 10 KA 'C' curve with Star Delta starter for motor, over load relay with built in single phasing protection for chilled water pump, condenser water pump. .The compartment shall contain an indicating lamp with MCB for ‘ON’ status of pump motor. (iii) 3 Nos. TP MCB of 40 Amps,10 KA 'C' curve with DOL starter for motor, over load relay with built in single phasing protection for Hot water pumps & CT fan motor (iv) 01 Nos TPN MCCB 100 Amps, 36 KA for out going feeder for AHU's (v) 01 No. MCB SP 16 Amps suitable for internal lighting of AC plant room | ||||||
| 1.09Main Control Panel :- Note :-(i) Main LT pannel shall be installed in AC plant, Room. (ii) The provision of inter locking wiring between compressor motor, condenser pump, AHU, cooling tower, chiller pumps, thermostate, solenoid switch shall be provided. (iii) The electric connections from main LT pannel to each devices such as motors, AHU, compressor etc shall be provided by insulated, multistranded, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable of adequate sizes. The cables shall run over the cable tray made of GI sheet of not less than 1.6 mm thick provided with fasteners, hangers etc as per the engr in charge directions. (iv) LT pannel shall be compartmentalised comprising of cables gallaries, busbar chamber, compartment for each MCCB / MCB / starter etc duly marked with connected, machineries etc. (v) Any civil work involved in installation of panel board deemed to be included in item rate. (vi) Engineer in charge shsall ensure that panel shall be manufactured as per approved drawing only. (vii) The contractor shall submit the constructional / general arrangement drawing for approval of Accepting Officer through GE. (g) AHU Control Panel :- One Nos cubical wall / floor mounted, indoor LT panel, dust and vermin proof factory fabricated, CPRI approved, made out of not less than 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame, powder coated, suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 Hz, 415 volts including internal wiring with 1100 volts grade single core, PVC insulated, FRLS, multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable current carrying capacity complete and comprising of the following accessories :- (i) One set of 200 Amps rated copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts mounted on PVC / hygroscopic insulators and PVC colour coded sleeves of R, Y , B and green colour complete arranged in separate compartment - 01 set. (iii) A lot of butter fly valves, gate valves, sluice valve & non return valves with y strainer in chilled piping network to maintain requied flow in each branch line as per approved layout diagram. (iv) Condensate water drain piping with GI pipe medium grade conforming to IS : 1239 of suitable size including all fittings like anchor fasteners, couplings, bends elbows, tees thrust, blocks, wooden blocks, flanges, welding as required including insulation as specified.
(D) ELECTRIC HOT WATER GENERATOR Design, Supply, installation, Testing & Commissioning of electric hot water generator 45 Kw complete with ERW shell with insulation , Emersion type Heater , control panel and all controls etc for winter heating of suitable capacity as per climatic condition of Agra in winter with suitable controls for auotomatic function for maintaining temperature and humidity as specified throughout the year with control wiring all as specified and directed. (E) HOT WATER PUMP & PIPING (i) Two Nos EEC series (Engergy efficient) monoblock centrifugal condenser cooling water pumping sets of of min 3 HP capacity to achieve desired discharge and head alongwith necessary valves in suction and delivery line (02 Nos ) and suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 cycles, 415 volts AC supply along with hydraulic vane type water meter for flow measurement and providing a pressure gauge in each pump set of suitable capacity including suitable foundation with neoprence rubber anti vibration ribbed pads all as specified. (ii) Hot water piping :- A lot of MS class 'C', heavy grade, ISI marked pipe of suitable size with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, reducers, tees supports, flow indicators etc of suitable size as per site requirement to maintain the continuous flow of hot water from Hot water generator to AHUs so that designed conditions can be met with. The hot water pipe line network shall be laid above ground, floor, roof, along wall etc with supports as per site requirement. Hot water pipe line shall be insulated with EPS TF quality insulation section of 50 mm thickness with and including applying bituminous compound and AL cladding with 26 gauge AL sheet to avoid the heat loss including water pipe line. (iii) A lot of butter fly valves, gate valves, sluice valve & non return valve with y strainer in chilled piping network to maintain required flow in each branch line as per approved layout diagram. (F) PAN TYPE HUMIDIFIER Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of PAN TYPE HUMIDIFIER 6KW for AHU of suitable capacity emersion type electric heater fitted complete with stainless steel tank with float valve, water makeup, overflow and drain connections and humidistat with necessary supports by MS structural steel if required, hangers, clamp supports from walls floors and ceiling with painting with one coat of primer and two coats of paint to supports of MS work.
(G) AIR HANDLING UNITS : Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of double skin floor mounted type air handling units 20000 CFM alongwith suitable VFD control with sensors complete, made of ( 23 + 2 ) mm thick panels consisting of GI casing of thickness 0.63 mm outside layer and 0.63 mm inside layer, injected at factory by moulding machine with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation complete with blower section and filter section with filter of 10 micron at 90% efficiency, chilled water coil and hot water coil constructed out of copper tubes not less than 0.5mm thickness and aluminum fins, Suitable capacity TEFC drive squirrel cage induction motor 415 ± 10% volts,50 Hz centrifugal forward / backward curved fan suitable for 65/50 mm TSP, access door etc. complete as per std. specification. Maximum face velocity across the coil shall be 500 FPM and each 6 Row Deep cooling coil and 2 Row Deep Hot water Coil. RH to be maintained inside buildings as per user data sheet at appendix 'A' of following :- (i) 6 RD Chilled water Coil & 2 RD Hot water coil of copper tube and aluminium construction sized at maximum face velocity of 500 FPM. (ii) Pre filter of 10 micron at 90% efficiency on the face of the coil in return air stream. (iii) Squirrel cage induction motors suitable for 415 ± 10%volts, 50 Hz, AC supply meeting criterion as per ASHRAE standard 90.1-2007 and high efficiency. (iv) Fan belt drive package (v) Vibration isolators. (vi) Fan outlet velocity not exceeding 10 mps. (vii) Three way valve to be installed at chilled water line and hot water line of AHU. (H) AIR DISTRIBUTION WORKS (a) SUPPLY AND RETURN AIR DUCTS (i) Supply, Installation, Balancing and Commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting with supports as per IS: 277 and fabrication as per IS-655 complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers vanes & damper for fresh air etc. (ii) Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of fire dampers as required. (iii) Supplying installation of powder coated aluminum section supply air grill, fresh air grill with volume control damper, bird screen and return air grill without damper complete as required.
(H) AIR DISTRIBUTION WORKS (Contd...) NOTE: (a) Detailed layout drawing for ducts, pipe line for each buildings and plant room shall be approved by Engineer- in -charge/GE after acceptance of tender before execution. Execution of work shall be done as per approved drawings. Decision of GE will be final where pipe is to be done underground or above ground. Layout drawing shall be submitted by contractor for approval of GE. (b) Hanging of ducts with suitable size MS angle iron /channel MS-rod /fastener as per standard engg practice. Grilles/ Diffusers. Design, Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated aluminium section return air grill without volume control and supply air grill with volume control device volume control dampers as required complete all as specified and as directed. Volume Control Damper Design, Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of GI volume control dampers as required complete all as specified and as directed. Fresh Air Grilles Design, Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section fresh air grill in weather maker room with volume control dampers, bird screen etc complete all as specified and as directed. FIRE & SMOKE DAMPER Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of motorized combination fire and smoke damper (spring return type) of approved make of atleast 120 minute fire rating and all as specified. The fire damper shall be complete with electronic temperature sensor and electrically operated actuator .The fire dampers shall be located in the supply/return air ducts, at all fire rated crossovers (shafts/walls etc.) The control panel will be such located that the reset can be easily done. These combination smoke and fire dampers shall be interlocked with the building management system for fire detection / HVAC and shall trip/close in the event of fire / smoke in the respective zone with the following fitments/fixtures :- (i) Bare Fire Dampers with 150 mm sleeve. (ii) Control panel actuator , including Electrical,spring type actuator,remote indication of the fire damper position (iii) Interconnecting wiring for the fire alarm system with the AHU and the smoke dampers.
(I) ACOUSTIC AND INSULATION WORKS (i) Supply and Fixing acoustic lining of plenum with 15 mm thick Acoustic insulation with open cell nitrile rubber ( class “1” ) material of density 140 -180 kg/m3 & thermal conductivity of 0.047 W /mK having antifungal and antimicrobial properties to be applied using manufacturer’s recommended Rubber based Adhesive, as per the approved specifications. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved. (ii) Supplying and Fixing of 19 mm thickness Thermal insulation for Ducts indoor portion with closed cell class “O” Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 – 60 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.033- 0.038 W/mk and >7000 and with factory laminated Glass Cloth on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (the joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick nitrile tape complete as required. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved. (iii) Supplying and Fixing of 25 mm thickness Thermal insulation for outdoor portion Ducts at other places with Closed Cell Class “O” Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 – 60 kg/m3, Thermal Conductivity of 0.033-0.038 W/mk and > 7000 and with factory laminated Glass Cloth on duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (the joints shall sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick nitrile tape complete as required. The material should be FM Global Approved & UL 94 approved. (J) COOLING TOWER Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Induced draft counter flow, vertical discharge type FRP Cooling tower of minimum 60 TR capacity with ultra-violet treated durable & highly efficient PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators, open pan suitable for water distribution complete with hot FRP water basin. The hot water shall be distributed to fills in each cell via pen type gravity type basin or with spray nozzles of having self rotating sprinklers. Cooling tower shall be provided with statically and dynamically balanced one no. anti corrosion treated axial flow type fan – direct driven or driven through special beveled reduction gear box with TEFC induction flame proof motor with IP-65 protection, IE-2, suction screen, make up and quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections and suitable inspection hot- dipped galvanized ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, anti vibration mountings etc complete as required. The unit shall be installed at proper foundation as per requirements. (Civil foundation works is included in the scope of work)
(K) EXPANSION TANK, 1000 Ltr Capacity Supply, Installation, Testing of open type expansion tank of capacity as per design requirement, of MS Construction made of minimum 6 mm thick mild steel sheet duly insulated with 50 mm thick EPS TF quality insulation density shall be 16. Kg/Cum & finally covered with 26 G aluminum sheet complete including with connection over flow and drain 40 mm dia. Make up tank with makeup connection with float valve, drain valve and incoming line valves, vent connections, valves and fittings as required. (L) MAKE UP WATER TANK Supply & Installation makeup water tank of capacity 3000 Ltr capacity each, HDPE Construction complete in all respect with connection, over flow and drain. Make up connection with float valve, drain valve, incoming line valves and fittings as specified including civil works as required and directed. (M) ONLINE SCALE PREVENTOR Supply installation testing & commissioning of online non chemical water treatment scale preventor system(suitable for pipe size as per design) having flow rate as per design requirement (N) MOTOR CONTROL MAIN HVAC PANEL & AHU PANEL FOR AC PLANT Design, Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning cubicle type LT panel consisting of the 3 phase, 415 volt ± 10%, 35 MVA rupturing each capacity made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated conforming to IP-54, CPRI Appproved including interconnection wiring, indicating lamps etc and with the under mentioned incoming & out going components complete. The cubicle panel shall be free floor standing type, complete with interlocking arrangement & earth bus. The panel shall have compartmentalized arrangement to accommodate one feeder in each compartment. A vertical cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve one or two vertical feeder sections. Also the openings between the busbar chamber and the feeder section shall be shrouded with Bakelite/hylam sheet with minimum 3 mm thickness. All the hardware used in fabrication of panel shall be galvanized with zinc passiveness with followings:-
