General Note: Applicable to all Items

All equipment supplied, installed and workmanship of the work done shall be covered under Warranty for 5 years from the date of completion of the work. The defects, if any, noticed during the defect liability period shall be rectified with no extra cost , failing which the successful bidder shall be liable for action by the Authority/Client Department/ UPPCL. The Warranty against Manufacturing defects against 5 years for LEDs, projection systems, audio-visual equipment, and all related accessories, as well as regular cleaning, calibration, and replacement of defective parts. The O&M scope shall also cover the design, development, and maintenance of the entire Proejction System. Regular software updates, bug fixes, database management, and UI/UX improvements will be carried out to ensure smooth functionality and compatibility with the latest OS platforms. SITC of DLP LASER Phosphor Multimedia Projection system having, minimum 23500 Lumens 20000 hours illumination life, 1920 x 1200 WUXGA Native Resolution, 4000000:1 Contrast Ratio, inputs: HDBaseT,motorised focus and zoom,HDMI, DVI-D, 3D at 120Hz along with projector mountin bracket etc complete with lens as per site with vertical and horizontal offset and installation as per the site requirement. Supplied With long throw lens, The cost is inlcusive of preparation of Shop drawing for the fixture location and its approval based.

Supply of weatherised enclosers for equipment. Equipment should be complete with fans & temperature and humidity sensors remote controlled with all accessories.Enslosure should also have built in airconditioner for maintaining ambient temperature and humidity inside enclosure with Warranty for 5 years. The cost is inlcusive of preparation of Shop drawing for the fixture location and its approval based on the idea communicated by Architect in charge. The cost is also inlcudes the rate of customisation such as powder coating, size alteration, beam angle alteration etc. as approved by Architct/Engineer in charge.

Supply of Production Media Server- Intel Core i9 Series Processor or above with following minimum specifications, 16 GB RAM system memory, Minimum 1TB SSD storage, Dedicated 8 GB Graphic card (NVIDIA/AMD), Wireless key board, Wireless mouse with licensed loaded Window 10/11, LAN, Audio Jack, VGA port, Line in - Line out and Video Output DVI,HDMI etc.

Supply of 3D Projection mapping software and for UI/UX Integration, Playback control System to manage, schedule & control the media servers. It should have direct control on inputs and media timelines. It should have an option of being controlled by an external unit integrated with the software to complete the job with all respects with Warranty for 5 years.

Content Generation, Designing, Storyboarding, Historian, Voice Over, Project Conservationist onboarding, Direction and Graphics, ArtisticDirection, research, script, translation, dramatization, Visualizing the content, creating 2D,3D animation, CGI, video shoot including artist, laser animation,Art component (if any) as per theme approved by Architect in charge. The cost is inlcusive of creation of content in 2 languages and minimum 2 options for the script to be submitted to the Architectural Consultant for their approval/Project Manager.

The content should be supported by sound design and voiceover in 2 languages. Audio files and voiceover in the local language with required sound design converted to suit the speaker/headset hardware of suitable duration which will be played on loop. The content to be developed as per the defined theme by the Architectural Consultant/Project Manager showcasing the history of Gorakhnath Baba and relation of Mahoba. The output to be planned as per the directional speakers. Programming and integration of show with content,effect complete etc.as reqd.The cost is inclusive of creation of entire video walkthorugh of the program (minimum 2 options) and gettingit approved by the Architect in charge based onthe theme and idea communicated to the Bidder. The work includes collection of required information & relevant data, human resouce alignment etc., development of content for illumination show in consultation with client and making changes as per the observations / requirements. Content duration will be for 15-20mins max. Supply, tesitng and commissioning of 6-10m height pole made made in combination of mild steel pipe sections 114mm dia. & 76mm dia. with suitable fixing arrangement to mount Laser projector. The pole to be provided with a suitable size steel plate. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed RCC foundation.After Fabrication, Entire Pole is hot dip galvanized(100 microns Minimum ) for the effective corrosion resistance. The hot dip Galvanised pole should be provided with an inbuilt junction box to fix 16A connectors and 6A MCB, at the bottom - the inbuilt box should have a flush door of suitable size. wind pressure calculation as per IS 875(part-3) & structural calculation report as per EN40 should be submitted to verify the pole design. Pole & it's parts are painted in 3 layer coating (coating thickness-100 microns minimum) in which 1st layer with etch primer, 2nd layer with epoxy primer & 3rd final layer with PU paint. The cost is inlcusive of preparation of Shop drawing for the fixture location and its approval based on the idea communicated by Architect in charge.
