Annual all inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of RO/ water purifier RO system of AAI/ BCAS building having capacity of 10 Ltrs. per hour of make ION Exchange (Zero B Model) installed at AAI/ BCAS building including preventive & breakdown maintenance, attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, testing ensuring serviceablility / satisfactory working condition of RO system, maintaining of records / documentation etc. complete as required & as specified.

Testing of Drinking Water through FSSAI authorised vendors as per IS:10500-2012 complete in detail (Chemical & bacteriological) testing including collection of sample from Airport premises & submission of test report after testing complete as required & as specified.

Annual operation of 4 x 18 TR Precision package Air - conditioning system of Stulz make installed at ASR/MSSR building in operational area involving round the clock operation, daily monitoring, maintaining the records/ documentation etc. as per detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays and including deployment of man power round the clock in three shifts as required & as specified.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 4 x 18 TR Precision package Air - conditioning system of Stulz make installed at ASR/MSSR building in operational area complete including preventive & breakdown maintenance through OEM/authorized service agency, attending the complaints, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system complete as required & as specified.

Annual all inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of VRV Type Air-conditioning system of AAI/ BCAS building of DAIKIN Make with 206 HP total capacity including preventive & breakdown maintenance of all equipment (IDU/ODU/control system) through OEM/authorized service agency, attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceablility / satisfactory working condition of Air-conditioning system complete as required & as specified.

Annual all inclusive Comprehensive maintenance contract of Air cooled ductable Packged Air Conditioning Unit of Blue star make of following capacities with hermetically sealed scroll compressor operating on R-407/R-410 /Non CFC (Eco Friendly) installed at CCR hall first floor building including preventive & breakdown maintenance through OEM/authorized service agency, attending complaints, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system complete as required & as specified.

Rewinding of motors of pumps/cooling towers of following capacities with copper winding of suitable capacity as reqd complete in all respect. (Dismantled copper wire can be kept by the contractor & rewound motor shall have minimum warranty period of 06 (Six) months).

Overhauling of pumps of all capacities including replacement/repair of shaft, mechanical seals/gland dori, bearings, coupling tyre and greasing/oiling of all parts and replacement/repair of any other component required for efficient operation of the pumps complete in all respect.
