Supply only sodium hypochloride liquid (chlorine content 10%) duly packed in sealed drum of Make: M/s Declibac, M/s Rayalshima Enterprise,Birla Chemicals or equivalent all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of defective chlorination reciprocating plants any make & model of pressure rating 10 Kg/cm2 and discharge upto 6 LPH, repairing the same including replacing old unserviceable parts and re-assembling and testing after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- All the spares required for repair will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for repair and maintenance of microprocessor based circuit type water level device consist of seven segment 2 " LED display fitted in the control panel with display of water level in tank including replacement and repair of faulty minor parts like IC, level sensor pipe fitted in the tank by clamping at the bottom and the top of the tank,magnetic float and electronic switch, Toggle switch for manual/automatic run of pump when tank is full , heavy duty rubber coated wire (apprx 100 mtrs ) for connecting the sensor to the tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for microprocessor based smart water level controller with sensor integration via screw terminals with the on – field configuration for overhead tank. Indication for 5 sensor reading per tank ( 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) display interface with 4.3”TFT LCD screen with 32bit microcontroller unit, fixed resolution 480 X 720 pixels. Operating temperature for device -20 to 70 Degree C. The controller must support I/O based controls over 8 Bit 8051 Base Microcontroller Unit with support for Buzzer/Alarm at 25% and 100% capacity to operate On/Off operations. Manual Override option (toggle switch) to override the controls from Auto mode. The enclosure is made of ABS Material for IP protection. Repair and maintenance of submersible pump set any make & model of capacity upto 45 HP including required repairing if any like motor rewinding, replacement of minor spares like CI/ MS bowl (As per existing size), stainless steel shaft with key, stainless steel sleeve, sand guard ,impeller lock with key, neck ring (as per existing size and type), stainless Steel thrust bearing, carbon plate, gun Metal bush, rubber bush, upper housing, lower housing, housing & sleeve repairing on Lathe, rubber gasket, nut bolt,painting and testing after servicing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) All type of T&P like chain pully block etc and lifting and lowering of motor pump along with column pipe,submersible cable from deep borewell out required at site will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) New submersible cable will be measured and paid separately
