Construction of booth with bright finished/powder coated pre-fab aluminum O.C. system at site of work and putting up of lamination panels and facia of approved colour and shade which will be decided at the time of fair i/c facia writing with poly vinyl superior quality cut out letter of 3” height, spot light in every alternate panels with 12/15 watt LED lamps, one power plug socket in each booth of 6/9 sqm i/c providing office cabin where ever required i/c attending addition/alteration and maintenance during the fair period and dismantling the same after close of the fair as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. (on hire basis for duration of fair).

Providing International Hangers Hard Pressed extruded aluminum structure make of Roder / Loser berger or IIT certified Indian hanger of Fab India/ G.S Oberoi or equivalent in the form similar to air craft hanger covered with high gloss PVC flame retardant sheet according to DIN 4102 B-1, M-2, BS 5438/7837: USA NFPA 701 or equivalent with hot dripped galvanized steel connections to DIN 50976 or equivalent and applied weight should be strong to sustain the high speed wind pressure, centre height 20 feet to 40 feet with various span from 20M to 50M. as per requirement with a provision of front and back covered with same material complete with aluminum glass entry & exit doors of size 5.00M wide or above and sufficient numbers including general lighting as per the direction of Engg.-in-charge (on hire basis for duration of fair) and including the cost of cloth false ceiling with Aluminum Structure. a) Span of 20Mtr to 50 Mtr

Providing built up podium on hire basis1mx1m with pre-fab OC system of various size / height. as per direction of Engg-in charge

Providing and laying on hire basis non-wooven needle punch carpet of genuine fibre minimum over all weight 1000 gm/Sqm (+10%) having minimum 3.90 mm (+10%) thickness preferable containing 375 gm polyester fibre or equivalent fibre (+10%) and the carpet should not loss the thickness more then 25 % after 1000 impact and of required shade and laying with approved adhesive or double side tape wherever required etc as per direction of Engg-in-charge i/c covering with polythene sheet till the inauguration of fair. (a) Using brand new carpet

Providing table cum counter made up of octonorm system with laminated top of size 1.00x0.50x0.75m i/c cartage loading and unloading as per the approved shade/sample and direction of Engg.-in-charge. (On hire basis for duration of fair)

Providing good quality exhibition chair folding type with canvas top or fixed arms seat and back i/c cartage loading and unloading as per the approved shade/sample and direction of Engg.-in-charge. (On hire basis for duration of fair).

P/F digitally printed name boards of required sizes indicating the names of participants at the gate etc. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(On hire basis for duration of fair)

Providing Shelves connected to OC system with anodized/powder coated bracket matching with existing Octonorm system of size 1.00 m x 0.30 m and as per direction of Engg.-in-charge. (on hire basis for duration of fair). (a) 5.5 mm thick glass panes

Providing waste paper basket in stall for fair period on hire basis.

Hire charges for erecting flag poles duly painted after making required holes in grounds making good the holes putting up flags etc. complete.

Supplying Sofa sets (Three/two/single seater) in pretty good condition for inauguration etc. at site complete (on Hire basis for fair period) i/c loading, unloading, Carriage at site etc. complete and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge.

Printing of signage of height 1.00m and length as per size Of the gate to be fixed to MS Frame work/Wooden structure and placed at main enterance in the ground erected as an Independent structure made of combination of Quardro Girder and M 12 space frame or Metallic structure/Wooden planks. The Structure will have an overall height of 6 mtr. Height and Clear height of 5 mtr. And the signage will be printed on flex on both sides of the facia and pillars of the gate as per drawing and as per The direction of Engineer-in-Charge on hire basis. (clear width of gate shall be measured.)(On hire basis for duration of fair)

Providing canopy made up with M S tube structure covering top extended 60 cm with water proofing tirpal/Flex supported over the aluminium octonorm system as per the direction of Engg-in-charge. The payment will be made as per net area of stall covered. (The octonorm system will be paid separately)

Providing false wooden flooring of 8” to 10” ht or as per site requirement from ground level and made with 19mm thick hard board and bed supported with providing 2”x2” wooden battens in properly leveled having no undulation, create no sound on using and joints should be in required level complete as per the direction of Engg-in-charge (on hire basis for duration of fair). (a) Using good-condition used board on top of floor with applying fire-retardent paint.

Arrangement for cleaning & upkeep of exhibition stall & passage i/c food court, outside adjoining exhibition area, collecting garbage in garbage bins and disposing the garbage as per local municipal norms for fair period i/c sprinkling water etc. where ever required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Covering the side walls with bamboos & New white cloth fabric stitching and fixing properly as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (All on hire basis)

Supply on hire basis healthy plant material in neat and clean flower pots of the following type of plants: (a) Flowering bougainvilleas size 3 to 4 ft ht. in pots

(b) Decorative colours foliage plants of size 3 to 4 ft ht. in pots

© Monasteries in drums of size2 to 3 ft.

(d) Evergreen small plants like chocophtum asparagus, ferns, treedescancies etc. In pots.

(e) Floral annual of 2 to 3 ft ht such as chrysabanthynoon marigold Delhi as etc.

Floral decoration of main enterance gates to exhibition ground, enterance/exit gates to hangers & side walls etc. i/c for lighting of lamps etc complete at Chandmari field of Assam Engineering Institute, Guwahati.

Providing/ Fixing wooden name boards/ signages/buntings made of soft wood frame/M.S frame of required section & of required size covered with Flex sheet of desired shade & text as approved by Engineer in charge indicating the name of Fair as 15th East Himalayan Trade Fair and 2nd East Himalayan Agri Expo 2026 from 22-28 January 2026, Guwahati, Assam. or See you at 16 th East Himalayan Expo, 2027 etc. for all heights etc. complete as per the direction of Engg. In charge. (On hire basis only). (The final design shall be provided after award of work).

Providing executive quality chair in attractive colures with nickel polished/powder coated frame and cushion seat & back. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge(On hire basis for duration of fair).

Covering / enclosing areas with OC wall having laminated ply panels as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (On hire basis for duration of fair) (a) 2.50 mtr height

Construction of stage of 1’-6” to 2’-6” feet height made up of wooden tables including providing 19 mm thick board on top to make the surface even including tying the legs of the tables with rope & nails including providing satin frill of approved colour on three sides of stage & providing one wooden ladder/stair for climbing on the stage made up of 19 mm thick commercial board & as per the direction of Engg. Providing and fixing main distribution angle iron Board with 200/300Amps. TPN AC main switch fuse unit including connecting up and providing double loop earthing with the main CPWD/MEB Existing power outlet, on hire basis for fair period as reqd.

P/F main distribution angle board with 100/60 Amps. TPN 440V. AC main switch fuse unit bus bar chamber of suitable capacity i/c connecting up & providing double loop earthlings etc.on hire basis for period as reqd. ( For lighting / power circuits)

Providing and laying of following sizes of 3 ½ core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Al. conductor armoured cable including connections and interconnections, double loop earthing wire etc. as required (on hire charges for the fair period) 3 ½ core 120sq.mm. to 240sq.mm.

P/Laying main of 3 ½ core armoured L T cable of 1100 Volts grade 16 sq. mm to 70 sq. mm size on ground / overhead i/c connections, interconnections & earthing etc. as reqd on hire basis for the fair period.

Providing & laying sub main of size 2 x 6 sq. mm/2x10sq. mm or equivalent size copper conductor PVC insulated wire along with loop earthing including connections etc. as required on hire basis for the fair period etc. as required.

Providing & fixing 5/15 amps universal type switch socket, combination box complete with wiring connections/ interconnections and earthing the third pin as required on hire basis for fair period ( no separate payment against power load item will be made)

Hire charges for providing and fixing operation and maintenance of following (a) PA system with all accessories including Amplifiers 2 Nos., mixture 1 No. ,micro-phones 4Nos. (coardless) Nos. and Tape player/ Recorder 1 No., Horn 4 nos. with wiring connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required for fair period . (b) sound system arrangement for inauguration/meeting/seminars during the event sound system with all accessories including amplifier,1no. mixure,1no.micro-phone,1no. speaker 200 watt each with stand 4 nos.and cordless mike 2 nos. with wiring connections testing and commissioning etc. as required for fair period.

Hire charges for providing of 62.50 KVA, 3 Phase, 440 V, Silent type D.G sets complete with main switch/change over switch , copper conductor cable of suitable size i/c all other accessories etc as required for fair period.

Operation charges of above DG set of 62.50 KVA complete with Diesel oil/ Mobil oil etc. as required (On hire basis for duration of fair)

Providing and fixing,installation testing and commissioning of 60-80 watt LED light fitting on pole, wall/tree completewith connection/ interconnection and circuit wiring eta as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(On hire basis for duration of fair)

Providing/ Placing portable toilet with 1 WC,1 Urinal,1 Wash Basin,1 Mirror etc complete with proper water arrangement, disposal lines & maintenance during fair period & as per the direction of Engg. In charge (on hire basis). (a) General Toilet for gents/ ladies ( For 10 days)

Providing 16 Nos SECUREYE HDV CCTV with wiring and network connectivity 5000 SQM Area, one16 Channel DVR Recorder with 4 TB HDD, one 16 inch Monitor, one UPS Backup, Installation & uninstallation, Monitoring & Maintenance for fair period (22 to 28 January, 2026) and providing footage of the entire period of Exhibition in the shape of Hard Disk/CD

Hire charges for providing of 15 KVA, 3 Phase, 440 V, Silent type D.G. sets complete with main switch/change over switch, copper conductor cable of suitable sixe i/c all other accessories etc as required

Operation charges of above DG set of 15 KVA complete with Diesel oil/ Mobil oil etc. as required(On hire basis for duration of fair)

Hire charges for providing and fixing chain of decorative lights containing 50 Nos. of 3-5 watt yellow LED lamps in each chain complete with necessary sub main wiring using PVC insulated Al. / copper conducture cable of suitable size for illumination of various building the fair /event period including maintanance of light , necessary on/off switch,sub main etc. as require

Providing security gaurds round the clock with full dress for watch and ward during day and night as per the direction of engineer in charge ( 4 gaurds x 3 shifts x 7 days)

Providing drinking water facility with 3 units of water dispencers at required locations including refilling the empty jars as and when required and as per the direction of engineer in charge.
