Estimate for providing stone crates wall for protection of lining at left side of Naibanwala Minor RD 23000/L

Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead upto 30m.

Filling stone or spalls into crates and hand packing including supply of boulder stone and carriage from approved quarry, loading and unloading complete in all respect.

Weaving wire netting for wire crates including binding sides and partitions to make crate of 15 cm x 15 cm or 25 cm x 7.5 cm mesh including supply of MSA wire 4mm dia as per PWD specifications.

Stacking within 15 metres of the unloading points into stacks of specified sizes.

Re-handling of boulder stone from stack yard to site work including loading and unloading with average lead upto 30 metres complete in all respect.

Extra for laying earth/fly ash as per specifications for compaction in 20 cm layers and dressing, watering , rolling as per specifications for compaction.

Earth work for lip cutting for lining of irrigation channels inclusive of all allowance leads and dressing. 0 – 1.50 mtr.

Dressing side slopes and preparation of sub grade for lining.

Single layer brick lining 75mm thick for Irrigation channels (Distributaries and minors) cup and trapezoidal section for all depth consisting of first layer 12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 on sub grade and finished, second layer of 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 properly rendered and finished, 75 mm thick bricks laid in 1:3 cement sand morter over second layer.

Extra allowance for providing templates in curved portion of lining.
