Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc upto 15m height, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include to necessary scaffolding etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement at any height and providing necessary sacffolding, safety precaution and other requisite arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), on concrete surfaces of chajjas/ mumty upto 15m height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement at any height and providing necessary sacffolding, safety precaution and other requisite arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls upto 15m height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound and providing necessary sacffolding, safety precaution and other requisite arrangement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer, preparatory to distempering, on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer, preparatory to distempering, on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new/ old wall surfaces and applying a coat of 2mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer, on plastered surfaces of walls, preparatory to distempering on old surface after complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
