1.1.2 Removing the excavated materials , debris of any description and other waste materials, spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head loads or any other means and transporting by trucks/ tractors up to a distance of 5.00 km and unloading at the ear marked places inside plant, spreading levelling complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1Cement :2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level ( Cement will be supplied free of cost by NALCO at it's store point.)

6.32.2 Laying of Fly Ash Brick masonry in foundation upto any depth, in super structure upto floor V level in any shape including scaffolding, staging, curing for 15 days, all complete in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) ( CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

9.83 Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

9.96.2 Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts 250x16mm, ISI marked anodised , transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :

9.97.2 Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts 250X1Omm, ISI marked, anodised ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete

9.103 Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock ISI marked with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) aluminium lever handles with necessary screws etc. complete (Best make approved quality)

9.117.1 Providing and fixing factory made PVC door frame made of PVC extruded section having overall diemension of 48 X 40 mm with wall thickness 2.00mm of approved quality and make (Sintex or equivalent) and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge .*

9.118.1 Providing and fixing to existing door frames 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59 X 24mm and wall thickness 2mm of approved quality & make (Sintex or equivalent) etc. complete as per the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.*

11.36 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

11.37 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

11.46.2 Providing and laying Johnson Endura Vitrified Floor tiles 600x600 mm sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, in all colours & shade, in floor, wall ,skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. (GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.2.2 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement: 6 fine sand ) Cement will be supplied free of cost by NALCO at it's store point.)

13.26 Providing and applying of plaster of paris 2mm thickness plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

13.37.1 Providing and applying white wash of three coats with lime of approved quality to give an even shade after cleaning and smoothening the surface thoroughly etc. all complete and cleaning properly the area of spilled lime etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removal of nails from wall, on new /old walls, cleaning/scrapping of distempered / synthetic enameled surface from wall.

13.43.1 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

13.62.1 Applying synthetic enamel paint Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

14.63.1 Distempering one or more coat on old work with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification.

15.2.1 Demolishing cement concrete manually /by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 mtr lead as per direction of EIC (1:3:6) richer mix

15.9.2 Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of un serviceable material within 50 mtr lead as per direction of EIC.(IN CEMENT MORTAR)

15.12.1 Dismantling doors, windows of area 3 sq. metres and below.

15.12.2 Dismantling doors, windows of area beyond 3 sq. metres.

15.17.2 Dismantling steel work in single sections Channels angles,tees,and flats etc including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:

17.4.1 Providing & fixing of urinals with flat back half stall type white glazed ceramic of 430x260x350mm size of approved make ( i.e. Perryware/Hindware or equivalent ) with fittings,standard size C.P. brass flush pipe spreaders with unions & clamps(all in CP brass) with waste fittings including waste pipe of required length, C.I. trap with outlet garting & other couplings in C.P. brass including painting of fitings and cutting & making good the walls & floors wherever required allcomplete as per direction of Engineeer- in-charge.

17.13.2 P& F of Indian type Water closet pan of size 580mmx440mm approved make ( i.e. Parryware/Hindware or equivalent for new work with all labour, tools & tackles etc complete as per the direction of M.I.C.

17.15 Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type (European type/wash down type) water closet pan.

17.18.1 P&F of 10 Ltr. Capacity PVC low level cistern of approved make ( i.e. Perryware/Hindware or equivalent ) with maually control device ( handle lever) with all fixture and fittings complete including removal of damaged cistern wherever required for new work as per the direction of Manager- in charge.

17.25.2 Providing & fixing white vitreous china Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with sigle 15mm C.P.brass Pillar tap with C.I. brackets painted white, 32mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern with waste pipe of required length, 32mm dia meter CP brass trap & unions complete,including cutting & making good the walls wherever required complete.

17.29 Providing & fixing following size 100mmx100mm sand cast iron gratings for gully , Nahni trap or chambers including all materials and labours.

17.31.00 Providing & fixing of size 600 x 450 mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6mm thick asbestos sheet ground fixed to wooden cleats with CP.brass screws and washers.

17.33.00 Providing and fixing 600 x 120 mm glass shelf edges rounded off supported on anodised aluminium angles frame with C.P brass brackets and guard rail complete fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers.

18.7.1 Providing & laying CPVC 15mm dia pipes internal complete with CPVC fittings & clamps including cutting & making good the walls etc. all complete as per direction of Engr-in- charge for external/internal works for the following diameter of pipes.

18.7.2 Providing & laying CPVC 20mm dia pipes internal complete with CPVC fittings & clamps including cutting & making good the walls etc. all complete as per direction of Engr-in- charge for external/internal works for the following diameter of pipes.

18.15.02 Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal bore brass bib cock/stop cock of approved quality with ISI mark and as per relevant ISI specification or equivalent approved brand.

18.17.1 Providing and fixing 25 mm nominal bore gun metal valve with C.I. Wheel of approved make ( screwed end ) approved quality with ISI mark and as per relevant ISI specification or equivalent approved brand.

21.1.1.2 Providing and fixing of powder coated aluminium ( Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron ) work for fixid portion for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

21.1.2.2 Powder coated aluminium ( Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron ) works for sliding portion of shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

21.3.2 Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5mm thickness in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .

21.8.1 Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/Stone work up to depth 5mm and 5mm width by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete.

9.48.2 Providing &fixing of M.S.grill/railings/ gate/windows/ventilators of required pattern fixed to openings with rawl plugs screws etc. with M.S. flats, angles,chanels,"Z" angles, Sq.bars, M.S.Sheets etc. with screws/lugs for fixing in position etc. including cost of all materials,applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer etc. all complete as per drawings/sketches to be supplied by Engineer-in-Charge.(REQUIRED STEEL SECTIONS LIKE ANGLES/ M.S.PIPE/SQUARE BAR/FLATS ETC. SHALL BE ARRANGED BY CONTRACTOR & SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE RATE)

11.3.1 Pviding 40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate nominal 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement punning, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

21.17 Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

2.8.1 Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains of required size dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.

10.2 Supply, Fabrication and erection of structural steel work welded in built up sections / trusses and framed work , for columns. claddings ,railing , gates, posts,drain covers etc, including cutting,hoisting,fixing, including supply of foundation bolts in position all complete as per the direction of engg in charge. (REQUIRED ALL STRUCTURAL STEEL WILL BE PURCHASED BY THE PARTY ).

4.1.8 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement: 4 sand: 8 aggreagate) with 40mm and down size graded stone aggregates) at all depths below and above ground level in foundations,footings, non-suspended floors ,roof surface, top of masonry walls including tamping, curing etc. But excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed, in any shape,position,thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5.1.2 Providing and laying Reinforcement cement concrete1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for all RCC works with maximum 20mm size hard granite stone aggregate in foundation rafts etc.below Plinth level upto any depth as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge at all heights including mechanical vibration for compaction excluding the cost of shuttering and steel reinforcement.(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering in foundation s,footings, bases columns,etc for mass concrete including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for RCC work at all heights in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering in Column, Pillars,Piers, Abutments etc including strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for RCC work at all heights in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.12 Providing precast reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, drain covers etc. including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

5.22.3 Transporting, Bending/binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement for RCC Work at all height and depths, taking the same from store issue points to site of work, straightening, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding contractors own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused /scrap/unserviceable steel to owners storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCMENT STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO STORES)

13.61.1 Supplying and Painting of two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades including a coat of primer on all types of surface like steel/ wood/ concrete/ plaster/bituminous surface etc.all complete including the cost of all materials,tools,tackles and labours.
