Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheet any thickness as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick CGI Sheeting of class-VIII as in roof covering, wall cladding & straight flashing etc complete with L or J hooks or other means as reqd complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick PGI Sheeting of class-VIII as in ridges, hips, valley, gutters, drips , wall cladding & straight flashing etc complete with L or J hooks or other means as reqd complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, chajjas, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc fixed with hilti bolts of size 6x 100 mm grouted in slab and rafters as reqd on site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams slabs, Chajjas, and the like as directed, roughening and cleaingin concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including derusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric chicken wire mesh as reinforcement fixed with suitable size of screws/ nails and fastner to concrete surfaces including applying adhesive / admixtures over steel mesh as per manufacturr instructions of Make: Sika/Pidilite/Fosroc as approved by GE and providing 20 mm thick (average thickness) dubbing coat in CM 1:3 including 10-15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 even and smooth, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge including providing scaffolding system on the exterior side upto three storey height made with wooden ballies/bamboo of suitable size or MS tube stiffened with suitable bracing runners connection with the building challies for making working platform upto requisite height and required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per direction and approval by Engineer in charge. Note: Cost of scafolding shall deemed to be included in the item rate.

Dismantling armstrong/ gypsum board false ceiling of any descripton any thickness & at any height including snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall panelling or ceiling boards of any descripton any thickness & at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL 15 mm EXPOSED STEEL ANGLE. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC Upto 0.5, Light Reflectance >85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS 476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 38-41%.The steel angle should be of “Armstrong” make with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32,mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/Sqm. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per Sqm & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test ,Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centre to centre incl 4 mm dia suspension wire MS @ 1200mm C/C complete all as specified and directed according to manufacturers instruction and Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605x605mm, the snap grid shall be of aluminium main & cross tee of size 36.5x25x1.4mm (weighing 0.24 Kg/RM) and angle of size 23.5x26.4x1.4mm (weighing 0.191 Kg/RM) fixed to wall with rawl plug and stainless steel screw 50mm 450mm c/c and tied with and incl 4 mm dia suspension wire MS @ 1200mm C/C all as specified and directed.Make : Rajshri / Everest/Sintex as approved by GE.

M & L for providing PVC false ceiling consisting of 600mmx 600mm ,5mm thick plain PVC sheet of density 600 kg / cbm used as a panel insert in a frame work made using anodised aluminium 'T' section of size 25mmx25mm of 19 gauge or 1 mm thick a square pattern of a grid size of 600mmx600mm . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and as per manufacture's spection .Make : Rajshri / Everest/Sintex as approved by GE.

Supply & Fixing in repair of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL,of size 600x600x16 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F in repair for 12mm thick Gypsum board 60x60cm in size fixed in ceiling (aluminium snap grid work) with screws as per manufacturer instructions and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Solid PVC wall lining complete consisting of 5 mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame incl taking down complete all as per manufacturers specification and all as directed.Make : Rajshri / Everest/Sintex as approved by GE.

M&L 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.Make : Rajshri / Everest/Sintex as approved by GE.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brick work subclass “B” brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 comlete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 26 above here in before but except bricks.including cleaning of bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks obtained vide item no 25 above shall be reused.

Taking down cement plaster incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces/ other than fair faces of brick or concrete surface, wall in CM 1:6 finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed
