Taking down of old existing fire detection/fire alarm panel complete with 2 loop micro sencor panel with heat/smoke sensor response indicator manual call point, wall sounder beacon, isolator base control wirings complete in all respect and making good existing surface to match with adjacent surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer--in-Charge.

Supply, Installation,commessoning and Testing of 2 loop addressable surface mounting FACP certified to EN54-2/EN54-4norms with 8x40 character LCD capable of 127 devices per loop. The FACP shall be certified as meeting the requirements of EN54-2 and EN54-4 by a suitable, notified body. In order to facilitate re-configuration and system extension, the allocation of addresses to devices shall be independent of their physical arrangement on the loops.The FACP shall have an event log capable of storing the last 500 events that have occurred. Up to 127 individually addressed standard devices shall be configured on each addressable loop. Loop powered sounders incorporated as a sensor bases shall be available. The FACP shall have the capability to support sub-addressing of addressable modules. The FACP shall monitor all critical system components and interconnections, internal and external, such that a failure, which would prevent the correct operation of the alarm functions, causes the FAULT indicator to light and a message to be given on the alphanumeric display within 60 seconds of occurrence.The FACP shall support minimum Four access levels,flash EPROM, 4 Nos. of programmable relay controls. The FACP Shall be housed in Ms Powder coated Cabinet, complete with exclusive Notification Circuits, and with Fire, Fault & Auxiliary Relays.The Panel shall support to programmed as a node on a peer to peer network with other Panels.etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer--in-Charge. (ii) The Contractor is responsible to carry out the entire work by the manufacturers Engineers/ Manufacturers recommended consultancy/ firm/ team being a specialized nature of work. (iii) After completion of entire work on the ground in all respects and before issuing of the completion by Garrison Engineer, the contractor is responsible to carry out testing of entire fire alarm system in all respects as per manufacturers recommendations by their Engineers in the presence of Officer as detailed by the Accepting officer, Users representative and Engineer-in-charge etc.

M&L for cutting exixting road / PCC 100 mm thick for laying of LT UG cable and making good to the disturbed surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer--in-Charge. (A) Digital Camera record :-Sl No 1 to 11. (i) The necessary photography and video to be recorded with digital camera by engineer-in-charge of JE of MCM electrician in the presence of contractor or contractor Engineer/ Supervisor (Digital camera to be arranged by Garrison Engineer to sub division) in respect of Sch 'A' BOQ items before commencement of execution, during receipt/ execution of Sch 'A' BOQ items / works on site in all respect along with boring, PCC and control cable works etc. The contractor is responsible to make a CD of the video and photos and to submit E-8 section along with each RAR for scrutiny, passing of bill and record purpose.
