FIRE ALARM SYSTEM -
Supply of Fire Alarm (FA) Equipment to be connected to existing FA Control Panel as per MTO (Annexure - 1) attached with this Requisition for CRU Project in Guwahati Refinery along with all its accessories & any other item required to complete the Fire alarm system in-line with the input documents attached in tender like Specifications & Data Sheets. Refer Material Requisition for details
Integration, programming and commissioning of new detectors and other devices as specified in the MTO for CRU Project of IOCL with existing Simplex make fire alarm control panel located in new control building. All required hardware, software upgrade, accessories, etc. for successful commissioning of the system shall be considered by Bidder in their scope. Refer Material Requisition for details

CHARGES FOR SITE SUPERVISION DURING INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING, ETC. Refer Annexure-F of ITB for Terms & conditions for Site Supervision Services and Training for Indian bidders.
Supervision at Site during Installation, Testing and Commissioning ofFIRE ALARM SYSTEM, total 12 Man-days shall be considered as per the break-up given below - (a) Supervision during installation - 8 man-days (b) Supervision of testing and commissioning - 4 man-days (refer Material Requisition for details) i.e. Total 12 man-days shall be considered for bid evaluation
Per diem charges (per person) for 8 hours work on normal working days.
Overtime rate / hour beyond normal 8 hours work on normal working days.
Overtime rate / hour for work on weekly off days/ holidays (as applicable to Refinery site).
