CERTAIN REPAIRS / MAINT OF ROADS WITH ROAD SIDE FURNITURE IN RA AT CAD PULGAON

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and n exc 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 02 above but except stone materials.

M&L for preparing Unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm for receiving Bituminous Macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with binder content (paving bitumen) of 4% by weight of total mix and 1.5% cement filler all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 2.5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-30 including premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (minimum) by weight of total mix (bitumen VG-30) and 2% cement filler rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for cement filler

Repairs to pot holes exc 30 mm depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder with 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed rolled with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 100 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium corbonate inter filler thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.
