Cleaning and desilting of Liner at stage 1st (Diameter = 8 feet Approx.) & stage II (Diameter = 4.5 feet Approx.) by way of removal of silt, rubbish and solid waste from the liner manually using rope and bucket and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The job includes pumping out water using dewatering pump. The slit to be cleaned in Liner Stage Ist at the depth of 25 feet (Approx.) from the top of liner, accumulated is around 6-7 feet and in Liner Stage 2nd at the depth of 20 feet from the top of liner-II is around 4-5 feet. The job includes Decoupling and recoupling of pumping equipments before and after said work using skilled labours including use of tools and tackles etc. including disposal of slit / to nearly disposal site (manually) (If during cleaning, any fittings is damaged, that is to be repaired by contractor)

Desilting/cleaning of Flocculator/ Tube Settler and Sedimentation Tank at Water Supply Scheme Lal Ded Hospital Srinagar by way of: Flocculator /Tube Settler 1st & 2nd (LxBxH = 14x14x15 feet both) Disassembling of the light weight V-type PVC strips/pieces fitted in tongue and groove arrangement of flocculator by using skilled labour, tools and tackles with utmost care and precautions to avoid damage to the V-type PVC Strips/pieces. - The dismantled PVC strips have to be shifted to a safer place for its stacking and stacking properly to avoid any fracture or damage of the PVC Strips/pieces and includes all head load involved in carrying the job at site. - The PVC strips so dismantled are to be taken one after another and cleaned from inside and outside using brushes, soap scrubbers and other cleansing agents for removing the crust layer of silt/mud and other foreign bodies accumulated on it to achieve a clean and smooth surface. - The area of the flocculator tank below the slots for fitment of PVC strips need to be cleared off from the accumulated silt on walls of MS tank. The job is to be carried out by skilled Labour, tools and tackles as required for carrying out the job at site. - The PVC strips after cleaning are again to be installed in the slots of the flocculator at its proper place and position of fitment with utmost care and precautions to be taken to avoid any damage to the PVC Strips to achieve the required surface area as designed for the flocculator of the pre-setting tank. (if during cleaning of flocculator, any PVC Strip/fittings is damaged, that is to be repaired by contractor.) Sedimentation Tank Cleaning of Sedimentation Tank by way of removal of silt, rubbish and solid waste from the sedimentation tank manually using rope and bucket and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including disposal of slit manually to nearby disposal site.
