Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing the surface even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub floor surfaces, to receive the tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, edgeless , area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match shade, pattern, laying etc., including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 as directed at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to8 mm thick, edgeless , area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match Shade, pattern, laying etc, including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 as directed at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for viterified tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match, pattern, laying etc of tiles and shade, approved colour, including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors over and including ramming of old surface and side filling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made cement concrete tiles of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern , 22 to 25mm thickness & 300x300mm size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern and filling the joints using white cement and pigments and cutting of tiles as required size and pattern finishing and sweeping, including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any type and in any position not otherwise specifically provided from, complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channel and drain, complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
