Dehydration of transformer oil in the existing transformer at site and , moisture removal from transformer oil,and maintain the viscosity of oil scope .Necessary pump and barrel driving execution of work shall be part of contractor if oil drain out necessary. Transformer oil dehydration is based on use of synthetic adsorbents ,additionally allows moisture to diffuse out of the paper into the oil. and submit thetest report of transformers after conducting of its dielectric strength, viscosity, thermal conductivity, chemical stability ,BDV value etc as requied.

Supplying and topup of Transformer Oil as per IS 335 of density 0.8279 gm/cubic cm at 27°C up to the permissible quantity .and oil shall have the property of high dielectric strength,low thermal conductivity, and high chemical stability,high BDV value and must keep these properties when held at high temperatures for extended periods as per IE rules. Typical specifications are: flash point 140 °C or greater, pour point −40 °C or lower, dielectric breakdown voltage 28 kV (RMS) or greater.ISO viscosity-10,Colour-Water white,Appearance-Clear & ,Kinematic viscosity @ 400C etc as requied.Make-HP,Transol,Servo.

Setting right and realignment of 03 Nos 33/11 KV G.O Sets/ Isolators including replacment of damaged of damaged grooves and operating handles with insulating sleeves inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating all moving parts and ensuring proper mechanical alignment and function. Key maintenance steps include lubricating bearings, tightening hardware, and verifying padlocking to prevent accidental operation.
