M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, kerbs, hold fasts blocks etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles of throating including form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as filling in door frames, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in cover slab for drain or manhole including necessary form work and making holes with 25 mm dia steel @ 150 mm centre to centre, set and jointed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair precast pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 cm in width built in cement and sand mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble,masonry uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in cement and sand mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out joints/ pointing from stone walls, random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including existing paint/ cement base paint etc incl scrubing, washing the surface with water before plastering etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sun dried brick work in mud mortar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (sundried bricks obtained from damaged brick work during exercise)

Material and labour for mud plastering 25 mm thick on walls / floors wherever required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cross ploughing over areas, ranging from 20 to 30 cms deep including removing of shrubs, roots, bushes, picking up stones exceeding 1" in overall size coming up while ploughing and removing the shrub, bushes, roots , stones etc. to a distance exceeding 200 m and not exceeding 250 m etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in depression having size N.exc 5m x5m x 3m having formed in the area during exercise of rocketing and gunnery and levelling the surfaces to match with the adjoining surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying bamboos / ballies 6.5 m in length, dia not less than 8 cm at one end and not less than 6cm at other end etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the bushes / vegetation / shrubs / thorny plants / trees of any type and not exc 30 cm in girth including roots growing up in the line of sight from watch tower to gunnery area and watch tower to target area and removing to a distance exceeding 150 m but not exceeding 200 m from the area and disposed off etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing water proofing treatment on roofs, as per manufecturer's instructions and as specified after taking down/out as existing at site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Cleaning the newly plastered surfaces with wire brushes and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs/sqmts and allow to dry. (b) Applying and laying torch APP polymer modified bituminous membrance 3 mm thick with non woven polyster matt as reinforced weighing not less than 3 kg/sqmts by thermofusion process as per manufacturers specification including applying one coat of aluminium paint. Note : (i) Work will be carried out strictly by the authonticated applicator of the manufacturer and as per manufacturers specification as approved by GE. (ii) Certificate from manufacturer shall be submitted by the contractor.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:4) over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth including water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions.

Supply only integral water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 150 mm bore SGSW drain pipe grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed as specified including cement concrete bed to pipe including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates,, making necessary connections after cutting into existing sewer line /manhole to make it functional after taking down/out salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipe as existing at site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 200mm bore Reinforced cement concrete pipe, type NP-2 with & including cement concrete bed to pipe including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, making necessary connections after cutting into existing sewer line /manhole to make it functional after taking down/out salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete pipe as existing at site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 41 (here-in-before) but 300mm dia RCC pipe Notes for items No 40 to 42 :- (i) Cutting into existing sewer line/manhole shall be measured & paid seperately. (ii) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item of this BOQ.

Material and labour for Anti skid ceramic coloured tiles to match dado tiles makes as specified in PS,7-8 mm thick as approved by GE (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, as in floor etc laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
