Scooping & taking out sludge, sullage and foreign materials from septic tank, soak wells of any description & depth including removing & re-fixing of accessories and appliances required for safe disposal of sludge, sullage and foreign materials either by carrying the same in covered van / trolley outside defence land and it should be disposed off at such place which is not determinate to public health, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Net depth shall be measured for payment purpose after bailing out water and the cost of bailing out water shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.

S&F in repairs of following bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with rubber ring joints including taking down / dismantling of old unserviceable RCC / SWG or CPVC drain pipes and removing debris from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) 150 mm bore

Attending day to day complaints by deploying 02 Nos of safaiwala for 08 hrs working for cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line etc, manholes of any size and depth, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging by manually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials as well as rodding (full through) of sewer lines and between the blocked manholes where required and ordered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping the sewage line all time functional, cleaning traps, water closet, soil waste/vent pipe, gully traps etc complete upto final drop out let into septic tanks and soakage well (working in foul condition with taking precautionary measures with necessary equipment as required or applicable at site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) The sludge (wet or dry) removed from the manholes and sewage line shall be removed to outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Each Job shall contain various complaints of sewage/cleaning done by 02 Nos of safaiwala for 08 hrs working (per day basis) complete received by the office each day. (iii) Complaint shall be completed on same day (handed over till 1600 hrs) (iv) If Safaiwala not attended complaint within time frame mentioned above, 50% shall be deducted from completed by him per day (v) The contractor shall be responsible for maintain daily job completed by the safaiwala deputed by him in the subject work and obtain the signature of I/C complaint cell / Engr-in-charge daily at 1700 hrs on all working days.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for the following dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) 150mm bore

Demolition of cement concrete in existing sunken portion including floor tiles, removing of old unserviceable traps of any description and applying rendering in CM 1:3 in sunken & vertical portion and applying two coats of Dr. Fixit water proofing chemical by brushing as per manufacturer's instructions and S&F 75mm or 110 mm PVC floor / Nahani trap with stainless steel grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed and filling of sunken potion by cement concrete type 1:2:4 type B-1 including M&L for providing floor tiling as per existing type & specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i). The contractor shall responsible for any leakage / seepage from sunken slab after carried out above mentioned job. If any, leakage seepage observed within defect liability period, he will be rectified the same at his own cost and no extra payment on this account shall be entertained by the Department. (ii). Area of sunken floor shall not be exceeded 4.0 Sqm in each Job.

The board shall be provided with reflective tape of quality high intensity chequered type blue colour, letter / symbol shall be written in white colour writing of approved shape. Cleaning of manholes & sewage line of any description and size (wet or dry condition) by using high pressure water jetting machine including plugging of sewage line, removal of waste matter by pump and disposal of the same as directed, necessary arrangement for controlling of traffic etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) Measurement shall be taken from centre to centre of manholes for payment purpose. (ii) The contractor shall submit necessary documentary proof of Jetting machine vehicle viz RC, Drivers Licence copy, Vehicle Insurance copy etc. to Engr-in-Charge.
