Supply & laying of Coursed Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 mix using I Sort for 1m3

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Random rubble masonry in cement moter 1 :5 (one Part of cement,Five part of Sand) mix using all granite stone and bond stones for foundation and besement from approved quarry including watering,curing, and labouer charges etc., completed as per standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for side and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as side slabs of RCC boxing and similar vertical RCC slabs, FACIA, Drop etc., in all floor with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size of 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25X25X3mm for boardinglaid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M Sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying,fabricating and placing in position mild steel/ribbed tor steel grills for all RCC works as per design given inculding cost of steel and G.I binding wire in all floors etc.complete compalying with standard specification(contractor has own arrangement f or the supply of the steel and binding wire)as per instruction of architectural design and drawings.(reinforcemwnt item for all precast items.)(contracter has to make his own arrangemnt for the supply of steel and binding wire) inculding cost of cutting,fabricating and placing etc,(using Fe 500 steel)

Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc., completed as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mix cement paint of first quality of approved colour over a prime coat including preparing the surface clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of parris putty wherver required etc., completed complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing MS L angles, channel and Hollow pipes etc., completed - 10 m2

Supplying and fixing with Galvalume Colour Sheet of size 0.47mm thick including necessary bolt, nuts and bitumen washed etc., completed - 10 m2

Supplying and Laying TAMIN Block Providing and laying of 60 mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658 -2006 of TAMIN Paver Block in size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 In uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base perpareation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150 mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the paversl sweeping transporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per the standard specifications
