M&L for second class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkat and frame, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joint complete.

M&L for 35mm thick IInd class hard wood plain framed panel shutter (two panels or more) with lock rails and panel of 9mm thick B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per I.S. 1003(Part-I)2001 ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick second class hardwood glazed and skelton door shutters (Three panels) open rebated and prepared to receive glass / gauge etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/gauges etc with sash bars size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete.

M&L for 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core plywood face panels on both side, commercial type on both sides including 5 mm thick edging/beading on exposed to view on sides & top complete.

S&F 5 mm thick and 18/19 mm width 2nd class hard wood decorative edging/beading on exposed to view on sides & top complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down re-fixing Shutters of any description but exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each in same opening including easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc. Renewal of builder's hardware articles, if specially ordered, shall be paid for at 'supplied only' rates.

S & F solid PVC frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm single side prelam PVC sheet & edges will be printed to match with prelam sheet rein forced with MS square tube etc.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheets to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame
