AMF PANEL

Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 16 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 125 KVA DG set having following specification/features.

415V, 200A, 4P, 36kA MCCB with O/L, S/C, E/F protection and microprocessor based protection release, - 2 sets (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T).

415V, 200A, 4P, AC/DC operated contactor with suitable nos. of NO & NC contacts, -2 sets (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T).

In Built By-Pass switch for rated capacity (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T).

On - delay timer for load change over (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T).

On - delay timer for engine shut off (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T).

Engine On-Off switch (Push button type) (Make - ABB / Siemens / L&T).

Minimum five number indicating lamps to indicate 'Mains ON', 'Load on Mains', 'DG set Running', 'Load on DG set' and 'Battery Charger ON'.

Audio visual alarm for 'Low lubricating oil pressure', 'High water temperature, Start failure', and DG over load'.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms.

BASE FRAME

Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS /IЕС specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.

Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-II).

Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer / OEM.

The entire set must be warranted atleast for 12 months /5000 running Hrs. from the date of commissioning / completion of work. During commissioning, the DG set has to be made to run fot atleast six hours at a stretch on atleast 75% of load at the cost (Cost of fuel, operator and technical personnel) of the agency entrusted with the work and the agency will have to provide permanently multi-core control cablezs as required with allied accessories including laying of the same before commissioning of the D.G set.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION EXHAUST STACK

S&F exhaust pipe of 80 mm. dia MS black pipe (Thickness 4 mm) including connection with the existing silencer attached with the flexible coupler and S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. & necessary fixing materials etc. as required from DG set to nearest building (Horizontal Run) with suitable high temperature painting.

S&F exhaust pipe of 100 mm dia MS black pipe (thickness 4 mm.) including S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. as required from the nearest building wall to top of the building roof (Vertical Run) with suitable high temperature painting.

Making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arrangement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC.

SUPPLY & LAYING OF CABLE

Supply & Delivery 1.1KV grade Al/XLPE/SWA/PVC cable as per choice of EIC.

Laying only Cable above 50 sqmm but not exceeding 400sqmm through existing RCC/ Hume/GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ and 4 core

GLAND & FINISHING

S&F compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket, tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

EARTHING

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts (2 nos. for DG neutral & 2 nos. for DG body earthing).

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S&F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

COMMISSIONING

NOTES: 1. The Agency must procure the materials from the manufacture / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty/support of the manufacture / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. 2. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the manufacture / OEM or from their authorised sales channel and standard warranty/support should be sent from the e-mail of the manufacture / OEM / authorised sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of Bill. 3. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, Panel action will be will be taken as per existing rules.

NOTE:- THE RATES TO BE QUOTED BY ALL THE BIDDERS SHOULD BE INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES INCLUDING GST AND OTHERS.
