Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine Generaing Set, 112 KW/140 KVA, 1500 RPM, 3 phase, 415V, 50 c/s, power supply alternator along with fuel tank,control panel,battery and complete set installed in sound accoustic enclosure and standard accessories and fittings, with power factor 0.8, PCC foundation suitable for the generator set as per manufacturer's instructions, (Items requied for PCC foundation of DG Set shall be measured and paid seperately) tools and spares complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:-

(a) Engine : Diesel engine, 6 cylinder engine developing required 184 BHP @ 1500 RPM for prime rating of suitable for 140 KVA alternator with provision of 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hour running confirming to BS 5514/ISO 3046 and revised editions as applicable standard Totally enclosed, electric star, compression ignition, 4 stroke. The engine shall consists of following specification:-

(iii) Alternator: Self excited self regulated,floor mounted with all and / or roller bearings, statically and dynamically balanced screen protected SPDP enclosures confirming to IS 4722 / BS 2613, single shaft extensive type with damper with damper winding on pole ‘H’ class insulation automatic voltage regulated from no load to full load,ammeter capacity of delivery 112KW/140 KVA,415 volts,3 phase,50cycles and lagging for AC supply and will be suitable for tropical conditions.

(b) OTHER FITTINGS : (i) Battery Charger : Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge 12 volts 65 AH battery 2 Nos at a time (ii) Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer recommendation mounted on steel frame at suitable height with all connecting pipes and fittings upto fuel pump and over flow pipe from engine to tank including level indicating gauge duly marked and drain valve and air vent plug etc. (iii) Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) batteries 12 Volt, 65 AH = 02 Nos with adequate current capacity copper lead & battery terminals all as specified & directed. (iv) First fill of lubricating oil shall be provided as per manufactuers recommendation without extra cost. (c) DG set shall be supplied along with acoustic original enclosure of the manufacturer’s suitable for 140 KVA DG Set as per latest CPCB Norms revised from time to time by Govt of India. (d) The DIESEL OIL, LUBE OIL etc. for smooth functioning of DG SET during PH-I& PH-II complete testing and full tank filling of DIESEL OIL after PH-I & PH-II testing, topping of LUB OIL etc. required for commissioning and testing of DG set will be arranged by the contractor. (e) Excavation, earthwork and provn of PCC plinth of suitable sizes for installation of DG set & connected accessories complete as per manufacturers recommendation will be measured and paid seperately. (f) Standby fuel tank of capacity 500 Litre made out of MS Sheet 2mm thick mounted on angle iron stand duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed. (g) Supply and install cubical outdoor type, weather type, weather proof IP-65, AMF Control panel fabricated out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet for outer panel and 1.6 mm MS sheet for internal compartments, powder coated incorporating the following items including control wiring etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commission and testing of outdoor type Feeder pillar box Outdoor type, compartmentalised made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick (width of panel shall not be less than 60 cm in any respect ) with powder coated painting and four Nos 400 amps Aluminium strip/bars (not less than 65 mmx10 mm duly insulated mounted on insulators /suitable size backelite sheet ) mounted on angle iron frame of made out of 40mmx6mm angle iron and comprising the following :-

Pipe laid under floors road etc complete all as specified and as directed.
