REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL ROADS OF OTM ACCN OF PH II AREA UNDER GE NARANGI

Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

All as per item No 03 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Material obtained from item No 02.00 here in before shall be used.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG 10 Grade) @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 Sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed sand seal coat using paving bitumen @ 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.06 Cum of sand and well rammed (paving bitumen of grade VG-30), rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using with paving bitumen or any penetration of binder at 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting lines,dashes,arrows, letters, zebra crossing etc. not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads using thermo plastic road marking paint 2.5mm uniform thickness finished with glass beads (MORTH Grade) white or yellow colour with the help of road marking machine including cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing all dirt dust complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of colour reflective pavement marker (Cat Eye ) of colour white/red/yellow with micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body with flex resistant base & abrasion resistant crfeamer coating fixing of road surface with special adhesive and suitable reivet head nail complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix in repairs solar road stud/cat eye of minimum size 125mm x125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and solar powered by inbuilt solar panel with one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery provided with LEDs - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness with backup for 12 hours of continuous light all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil for cleaning of road side bearms complte all as specified and directed.

M & L bring earth not exceeding 250 m for earth filling for road side shoulders including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size shape etc n exceeding 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified.
