INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Supply and fix flame proof LED tube light fitting 1x20 Watt, CMRI certified, recommended for gas/ vapour group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures, driver, holders, connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix in replacement FLP-WP rotary switch with cable termination box in LM6 16 Amps (2 pole+earth) 240 V ON/OFF and certified by CMRI complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sudhir Switch Gears Pvt Ltd. Cat No. RI/ OA/ 1010 - 2A or equivalent make as approved by GE.
Supply and fix LED flame proof highbay light CMRI certified 100 W in die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass, IP 65 complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down carefully by unscrewing the unserviceable DB boxes, MCB distribution boards SP and TPN any type 4/6/8/12/16 way etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down sub main wiring of any dia/ sqmm on teak wood batten/ PVC conduit/ metal conduit/ GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix in replacement of flameproof MCB DB with incoming and outgoing chamber with 63 Amps DP incoming -01 No. and outgoing MCB 6 Amps SP-14 Nos. 240 V and certified by CMRI complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sudhir Switch Gears Pvt Ltd or equivalent make as approved by GE. Note: MCB shall be measured and paid separately.
Supply and fix in replacement of flameproof MCB DB with incoming and outgoing chamber with 63 Amps DP incoming -01 No. and outgoing MCB 6 Amps SP-6 Nos. 240 V complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) DB shall be enclosed in double door outdoor type sheet metal enclosure, weather proof, rust proof, duly painted with any rust paint and conform to CPRI and thickness shall not be less than 3mm complete. (ii) Note:- MCB shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
Supply and fix flameproof fire alarm sounders/ sirens, electrical type, horizontal single stage continuous normal operation for at least 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 meter with sound output variation of +5 DB for 500 meter range complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix DOL starter single phase for electronic siren of capacity upto 2 HP with sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for providing sheet metal enclosure of outdoor type fabricated out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet front door opening, CPRI approved, complete with powder coating with seven tank process, mounted on MS angle iron frame of size 25x25x3mm, duly grouted with PCC required to cover the electronic siren from weather/ rain/ dust etc. complete duly fixed to wall all as specified and directed.
Taking down and refixing old flameproof tubelight fitting of any wattage by disconnecting its connection and removing from its existing position and refixing it by proper maintanence works like cleaning glass, tightening clamp and other fastners and refixing in same surface/ new surface complete all as specified and directed.

(s) Painting Instructions: Before dispatch of the crane, the complete components covering structural, mechanical and electrical parts of the crane shall be thoroughly cleaned of all dirt, grease, scales rust and then given single coat of primer. Mechanical and electrical components shall be given an additional finishing coat of fire resistant paint as per manufacture's instruction. The bright exposed part of the crane shall be given one coat of rust inhibitor. After erection the complete crane moving parts and electrical components shall be painted with two coats of fire resistant paint. The various components of the crane shall be painted in different colour as per the code of practice.
ESD SYSTEM AND EARTHING
Material and labour for earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including copper strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. connected to equipment/ DBs all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/ earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab cover 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade, including copper strip 20x3 mm dia with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade up to 7.5 meter length etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate quoted shall include back filling the earthing plate upto height of 2.25 metres with black cotton soil, compaction as specified and directed.
Supply and fix in repair of test point made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75x50x5mm duly mounted on epoxy insulator 02 Nos. drilling of upper and lower portion of test point for incoming and outgoing connections with brass nut bolt to be fitted in and including terminal blockmade out of M.S sheet 2 mm thick as per the sample duly painted with two coat of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix porcelian insulators suitable for 32 mm x 6 mm size earthing strip with nuts/ bolts/ screws for fixing of copper/ aluminium strips/ GI strips on walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix Electrostatic Copper Static discharge plate of size 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick fixed in suitable size wooden board/ 12 mm ply with hydroscopic insulator on wall along with digital display meter with all its clamp, cable and connector including connecting with copper strip with brazing complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for earthing chamber of size 450x450x300 mm depth outside and 250x250x300 mm depth of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix earthing pit cover 50 mm thick precast slab of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg/sqm including 6 mm dia bar handle complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix copper earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32 x 6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situtation for earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix in repair of GI tubing 40 mm bore 'light grade' including all necessary fittings i.e. socket, elbow etc.laid on floor/ wall/ ceiling or fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of transformer as per IS:1180-2014 with amendment No-4, Part-I, level - III, BIS marked, Step down, Copper Wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 630 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taping at +5% to 10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changegear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 50 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non-ageing, high permeability prime grade cargo with M4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part - I of 2014 marked and shall comprise of the following:- (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer, with cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete.
(b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out 3.5 core 500 sqmm - 4 Run, LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c) Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level guage, oil drain filter valve, lifting ligs, oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug and four no.s plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no. 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Earthing terminals of suitable size on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.
(k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 of 1986 marked, filtered and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes, specific resistance at 27 Degree celsius Ohm-om 500 x 10 the power12, water content 50 PPM, Dielectric dissipation factor (tan Delta at 90 degree celsius) 0.005, Neutralisation value mg of KOH/gm of oil 0.03, Inter facial tension N/M at 27 Degree celsius - 0.04, flash point 140 Degree celsius and sluge 0.1 % by weight. (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embedded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Transformer losses shall not exceed the loses mentioned in Table 6 of IS: 1180 of 2014 Part - I with energy Efficiency level - III. (n) Oil temperator indicator, winding temperature indicator, marshlig box single window, double flit buchholz relay with alarm and trip contact including connection to existing RMU/ VCB relay with PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 10 core 1100 volts grade.
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Transformer as per IS:1180-2014 with amendment No-4, Part-I, level - III, BIS marked, step down, copper wound 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz 1250 KVA capacity, core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ON/AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having taping at +5% to 10% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changegear. Supply and fix cable route marker of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 5 mm thick GI plate with insertion there on bolted welded to 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm angle iron 60 cm long and grounding the same in ground with PCC as required for HT/ LT cable including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.
NOTE : Amount of credit of Rs. 226385.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 66(R) of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
