Providing form work with steel plates 3.15m thick welded with angle iron frame in 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering,shutting and propping etc. with wood battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu reinforcement concrete and plain concrete work in a flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landing and the like.Floor etc. up to 200mm in thickness(Vertical Surfaces)

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1 Cement :2 Sand : 4 Crushed graded stone aggregates 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs landing balconies beams griders bressumers and cantilever up to floor two level including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing Mild Steel /tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C Work including bending ,binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

15mm cement pilaster in single coat on the rough side of bricks/conc. Stone walls for interior plastering up to floor level i/c arises internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished and smooth . Cement motar 1:5 (One Cement : Five Sand) including carriage of material within all leads and other incidentals.

Steel worked welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting ,hosting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat or red lead paint in beams joists channels,angles,tees,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hips and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing &Fixing M.S. welded Mesh 25x25 mm to doors and windows frames i/c welding fixing to size and priming coat with red lead primer complete. 1. Window 1x24 Nos.X3.00 x1.50m = 108.00 m² 2. Window 1x06 Nos.X1.50 x2.70m = 24.30 m²

Finishing wall surfaces with cement paint and manufacture and of grey shade on undecorated wall surface & (2 Coats) to givran even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material using Suraksha or ACE cement paints.)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade includes cleaning the surfaces of all dirt ,dust and other foreign matter with enamel white paint.

Providing and Fixing 0.50mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP)organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to tack coat of polyster of 5 microns primer coating including fixing with pepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm dia with pepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required of approved make TATA, KAMDENU as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
