RequiredThe agency has to upload works on hand, if any discrepancies found in statement, the contractor will be imposed ban / suspension to participating in further tenders.
RequiredThe agency declaration genuineness of certificate must be uploaded on Non-Judicial Rs.100.00 stamp paper with current date.
RequiredThe L1 bidder has to pay the corps funds fee within 3 days, if failed tender will be rejected and will not be eligible for further tenders.

RequiredThe tenders will be evaluated as per GO MS No.294, Dt : 18-07-2020 for the works costing above Rs.5.00 lakhs upto 50.00 lakhs in which the bid capacity of the contractor will be calculated as per formula 3 AN-B, the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work.
RequiredPayments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.
RequiredAgencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.
RequiredFor all works costing Rs.20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.
RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demolition to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.
RequiredThe Gym / Sports Equipment?s should be maintained in good condition and free service for the Equipment?s shall be provided for succeeding 2 year or else the penalty will be imposed
RequiredBidder should have a minimum experience of successfully completing supply of outdoor gym equipments over the last 5 years
RequiredProduct Manufacturer or their authorized distributors or authorized dealers of products alone shall participate in tender. The authorized manufacturer or their authorized distributors or authorized dealers should upload relevant proof (or) They shall upload the MOU document from Manufacturer or their authorized distributors or authorized dealers
