Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in beams , columns and footings and slab etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC type B-0 , 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring of SWT mixed with liquid water proofing compound 0.2% by weight of cement used finished even and smooth without using ex tra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path and hard standing finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC type C-2 , 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic , parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10+5) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with liquid water proofing compound 0.2% by weight of cement used for working upto 8 m height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of superior quality anti algae weather proof acrylic paint exterior grade (APEX) over a coat of exterior grade primer on external surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm height complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Welded steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 Kg/Sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members with welding, bolting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new or untreated steel surfaces including preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed. .

Material & labour for PVC rungs of size 270x165x25mm for Static water tanks including fixing in concrete, brickwork with PCC 1:2:4 and making good the surface with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder built in lime mortar or cement mortar including all coins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. .

Material & labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for pressure grouting for stopping leakage by drilling small holes of 20mm dia up to 50mm deep in the constructional joints, shoe joints and critical areas where leakage is observed and inserting small plastic pipes 150mm length and fixing with plug leak and grouting with mixed cement slurry admixed with expansive additive grout mix @ 200 gms per 50 kg bag of cement @ 40 PSI etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying of water tubing etc., getting out in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and in layers n.exc 25cms thick without damaging pipes/special fittings as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cast iron pipe 100 mm dia spigot and socketed pipes centrifugally cast class LA in any length laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable CI pipe 100 mm dia and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of block masonry valve pit of size 1.2 x 1.2 x 1 mtr complete with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 solid block walling 20cm thick set in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on the top of wall, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 on inside and exposed external surfaces up to 150mm below GL, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, angle iron frame and locking arrangement etc., including dismantling old existing damaged valve pit complete of following sizes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix HDPE Pipe, PN 80 grade, 10 Kg/cm² pressure rating, 75mm dia complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for gun metal gate valve 50 mm bore (ISI) marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for following bore of pipe including taking down old existing gate valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for drilling/boring of road, pavement, hard standing with hydraulic pressure machine without damaging the existing road including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia, 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sluice valves and supply and fix new Sluice valve 100 mm dia CI body double flanged and drilled conforming to IS-780 of 1980 PN-1.6 including rubber gasket 3 mm thick, stainless steel spindle, iron wheel head and suitable size of nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified.

Removing demolished materials/debris to a disance exceeding 900m and not exceeding 1.00 Km beyond the lead included in rates including loading, unloading and levelling at destination point complete all as specified and directed.
