Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided coping and pillars including reinforcement cut as complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete fair finished surfaces of concrete square, rectangular and polygonal complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F formwork to edges of concrete rough finished surface of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm wide but n.exc 10 cm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L reinforced cement concrete nominal mix type B-1 1:2:4 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to lengths bent to shape required including cranking bending ,hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to lengths bent to shape required including cranking bending ,hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 08 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:1½:3 type A1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in coping and the like complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Form work will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L broken glass coping in cement mortar 1:3 on top of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, raking out joints, hacking for keys and washing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plaster surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia,barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standed rails standing bolts, incl securing or typing at crossing with and provision of galvansed mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining, resecuring, including making good staples etc & taking down and refixing where ever reqired existing galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

S&F in repair galvanized concertina coil of dia 600 mm having 53 turns when stretched per coil covers length of 6m complete all as specified and as directed.

Restraining, resecuring, including making good staples etc & taking down and refixing where ever reqired existing concertina coil 600mm dia, straining and fixing to any type of standed rails standing bolts, incl securing or typing at crossing with and provision of galvansed mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F frame work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe- 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F angle iron for fencing posts and struts etc and including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing fencing including all necessary welding , drilling, bolting or riveting, complete all as specified and directed.(Steel confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165)).

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs 1.25mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 B-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:4:8 D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete
