Supplying and filling with clean river sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M 10 grade using M Sand and hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 40 mm size mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailing/pumping out the surface water wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation by finishing, watering, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting centring for vertical plain / RCC concrete walls of supply channel, retaining wall etc of following height with necessary supports, all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90 cm x 60 cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for bearing laid silver Oak / Country wood joist of size 7.50 cm x 5.0 cm spaced @ about 90 cm C / C and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm C / C, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers (Vertical Centering)

Supplying and laying of ready mix for M 25 grade of concrete having characteristic strength not less than specified in the IS:456-2000 using ordinary Portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 kg / Cu.m confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm downgraded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregates without fly ash as per IS 383 - 1970(2007) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199–1959 (2004). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269–1987 (2004) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32oc. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 – 1979 [ usual admixture – Air entraining & water reducing]. Including the cost of disposal of spoils/ slush etc away from the work site without any obstructions to the work with all leads and lifts, labour , pumping , bailing etc, and includes the cost of all preparatory works in forming and maintaining of working platform with their own cost and timely removal therof to the satifaction including dismantling the laitance concrete upto the cut off level for monolothic concreting of pile cap, Providing stacking places, mobilisation and transferring / reinstalling of piliing equipements/ asscessories etc from one location to another with necessary power / service connections as required etc, complete complying with the technical specifications and as directed by the engineer in charge. Supplying and fixing M.S.Grills for OSR Land / Parks compound wall of design using 25 X 10mm MS flats for outer frame Horizontally & Vertically. The inner vertical grills shall be 10 X 10mm square rods at the spacing of 96mm c/c. The inner horizontal grills shall be 25 X 10mm MS flats adjoining 10 X 10mm square rods both sides at the spacing of 290mm c/c. The horizontal anchoring to wall shall be 20 X 5mm. Supplying and Fixing of Digitally Printed Retroreflective Single Arrow Sign board of size 1595mm x 900mm made of Type XI grade cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to IRC 67-2012 as per ASTMD-4956-09 Specifications, Digitally Printed using Latex Printer for Traffic Colour logos/text and laminated with UV Resistant clear electro-cut film and applied to proper prepared sign substrate made of 4mm thick Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and back support frame angle of 25mm x 25mmx3mm Supported by 32NB, 2.7mm Thick Stainless steel pipe all round in 304 grade and 2 nos. of vertical posts of 65NB, 3.04mm thick stainless steel pipe of 304 grade firmly fixed to the found by means of properly designed foundation of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm with M15 Grade cement concrete and the item shall include earthwork excavation, cost of materials, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transportation etc, complete as per approved template. The signs shall be manufactured using a system of matched components of reflective sheeting and overlay films and digital inks manufactured and supplied by the reflective sheeting manufacturer .Digitally printed traffic colour (red, blue, green, yellow, orange and brown) areas on white sheeting shall not be having less than 70 percent of the value of the coefficient of retro reflection established for its colour and type of sheeting as given in Table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012.The coefficient of retro reflection after the stipulated warranty period shall be minimum 80 percent of the initial value of the printed sign (initial value shall be minimum 70% of the values given in table 6.9 of IRC 67-2012). Match component system warranty for the components like retro-reflective sheeting, overlay films and digital inks shall be provided by the manufacturer The Retro reflective sheeting shall be covered under 10 years warranty issued for field performance and certified copy of completed three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained by the engineer-in-charge. The warranty shall be inclusive of digitally printed logos/text/legends and their bonding to the retro- reflective sheeting (as per MoRT&H Specification No.801). The latex printer used for digital printing should be used with Inks of low VOC emission and should have Greenguard, eco logo certificate as per UL 2801 Standards. The warranty & Test certificates shall be obtained from the retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer by the contractor and shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge.

Painting new iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality over the existing primary coat in all floor including the cost of paint etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the work).

Providing band course work flat 10 to 12mm thick and 65mm deep with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement and Crushed stone sand ( Commercially called M- sand) including rendering smooth, curing, etc., complete as directed during execution. As per cmwssb SOR 2022-23

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. whereever required as per (IS STD). It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradatio and the durability period should be 5 years.
