Providing fixing of fully glazed window with 10x 8 cm size frame and 4 cm thick shutters single hung made out with standard hard wood timber (Karimarithu/Irul) including cost of all materials, all labour charges, minor tools & plant, and cost of timber, all standard fittings and fixures as directed by the Engineer in charge etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:5, 12mm thick with one cement, five M sand for exposed masonry & R.C.C. works including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools etc. complete.

Removing white or colour wash by scarpping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scartches including cost of cleaning of wall surface cost of all materials labour charges transportation charges minor tools etc, complete.

Applying one coat of wall primer on the wall surface of Building inside and out side on the wall of building including cleaning of wall surface cost of all materials labour charges transportation charges minor tools etc, complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of Interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats whereever required to achieve even shade and colour , one or vmore coats including cost of all materials labour charges transportation charges minor tools etc, complete.

Painting with enamel of approved brand like, Berger, Shalimar, Asian, Dulux etc, with two coats on doors and windows etc, including cost of paint all labour charges, minor tools etc, complete.

Providing and fixing 12.5 ltrs low level flushing cistern with a pair of C.I or M.S. brackets complete with fittings such as lead valve 15mm nominal size ball valve with polythene float, unions and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, 40 mm dia porcelain enameled fush bend including cuttings holes in walls where ever necessary and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet , including cost of flushing cycstern and all connected materials , cost of all labour charges , minor tools and plants etc .complete.

Providing and fixing of White vitreous china wash basin (ISI marked) with CI/MS brackets, 15mm CP brass pillar taps, 32 mm CP Brasswaste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required, flat back wash basin size 550x 400 mm with a single 15mm CP brass pillar taps etc. including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
