Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks for 10 cum

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over old iron work such as doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamal paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete.

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Door of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in for PVC concealed Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator) SD 18

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm ( 48") AC ceiling fan complete of size 450mm (18") SD 110

Supply and fixing of fancy glass shade and 11W CFL for BH point.
