Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:
Construction of embankment at OMC (98% of MDD) by providing good earth conforming to specifications , carriage of materials by tippers to work site for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and all lead (by mechanical means)
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of viscosity grade VG-30 (80/100) confirming to IS:73 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing Runway/Road surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. a) 0.5Kg/Sqm on existing bituminous surface.

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminoud Macadam (DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity, Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification , drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering pupose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt, Refineries and 2% cement by weight of agggregates as filler material].

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete.
Supplying of packed Elastomeric concrete compund (Flex-O-Patch of choksey chemicals/Delpatch of D.S Brown or equivalent ) at site. The one pack of 10 kg Elastomeric concrete shall consist of 3 kg hardner 1.5 kg base & 5.5 kg of snad & fibre powder.
Supplying of primer (RDL-942 of Choksey Chemicals / 105 of D.S Brown or equivalent ) for Elastomeric concrete compund at site.
Repairing of damaged portion of rigid pavement with Elastomeric concrete compound (Flex-O-Patch of Choksey chemicals/ Delpatch of D.S Brown or equivalent) after marking, cutting, chipping the pavement up to required size by using mechanical chippers, side locking on the vertical face, cleaning the prepared area by sand blasting with medium grit sand, masking and pouring the compound, finishing & texturing complete as per manufacturer specifications and the direction of EIC with required machines & tools. Note: The rate quoted shall be exclusive of cost of material
Cleaning of existing expansion joints and providing & filing with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS:5212, Part-I, 1990) of Dr. Fixit or equivalent including painting the side of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 25 mm width x 25mm deep including inserting the backer rod of Supreme or equivalent of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond breaking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.
Cleaning of existing dummy/construction joints and providing & filling with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS: 5212, Part-I, 1990) of approved make Dr. Fixit or equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 10mm width x 10mm deep including inserting the backer rod of Supreme or equivalent of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond braking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.
Providing and laying micro concrete of Choksey Chemicals/Sikka/Fosroc at damaged portion of rigid pavement. The damaged portion should be chipped upto affected depth by mechanical chipper, cleaning the surface by air blower, brushing etc. so that no loose material remains, priming the surface, mixing & laying micro concrete as per manufacturer's specification making the surface smooth by trowelling, removal of dismantled material from the site with in 50 m lead, curing etc. as per direction & satisfaction of EIC rate is inclusive of material man power T&P etc complete.

The transformer shall be designed to be water proof and suitable for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base complete as per specifications attached.

M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings.

Supply of ICAO complied 6 sq.mm plug & receptacle of type I, class B connector & suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated PE sheathed single core screened copper conductor cable as required.
Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.
Laying of one number XLPE insulated & PE sheathed un armoured copper conductor Taxi way cable of grade 5 KV of size not exceeding 35Sq.mm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONEWARE / METAL/ HDPE pipe etc. as required.
Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated ruway edge /end /threshold / approach / taxiway light fittings with all accessories on the existing transformer housing box i/c. assembling of accessories, alignment, levelling, installation of isolating transformer, crimping / jointing of plug & receptacles including filling the gap with water sealent material& applying PVC HT insulation tape as required for complete etc. as required.
Installation of CI housing box of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm deep as per drawing/pecification attached i/c excavation of surface, Cement concrete all round, providing 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting & threading of pipe,i/c adjustment of housing with thedolite etc, refilling the side surface, sloping and making good the same as original as required.
Installation, testing and commissiong of micoprocessor based CCRs etc as required.
