SECTION - A - SPECIALISED /INTERIOR WORKS Design of state of the Art exhibition centre with all interior design, services, PH works, HVAC, STRUCTURAL, Electrical, with issue of all GFC drawing , BOQs and specifications. The works has to be carried through specialized agency as directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc complete.The Specialized agency will be subject to evaluation by the Engineer-in Charge and only approved Specialized agency will be authorised to carry out the subject work.

Dismantling work including disposal of unserviceable surplaus material and stacking of serviceable materials within 100 m lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and Discarding of 100mm th. Dry Wall Glass Partition with Aluminium framing, with Sill Level at +0.9m and Lintel Level at +2.4m. The Partition to be demolished totally from the Base frame at the Floor till the Frame in the Slab.

Removing of a Double Shutter Glass door along with all the Hardware, floor spring and Pivot fixed to the Lintel. All Hardwares to be preserved carefully and should be used for the New Glass Door in the Entrance.

Removal and Disposal of Existing Flat Gypsum False ceiling along with its support members from the ceiling .

Removal and Disposal of Existing Vertical Gypsum False ceiling in Coves along with its support members from the ceiling .

Removal and Disposal of Existing 600 x 600 Grid Gypsum False ceiling along with its support members from the ceiling .

Preparing and applying Bonded Cement Sand Screed in the holes and depressions formed due to Partition framing fixing in the Floor and RCC Slab above. Ready-mixed sand and cement screeds that are factory-mixed and then delivered to site. Reinforcement is required, this can either be in the form of a fine metal mesh, fibres which are normally polypropylene or a fine glass mesh. The Screed has to laid in level with the existing Floor finish. The rates are inclusive of the cost of all materials & labour charges.

Flooring work

Supply and Fixing of Approved Carpet Flooring as per Specifications mentioned in the Specificaitons sheet. Full Spread Application with approved Pressure Sensitive Adhesive / Water Based / Solvent-Free / Low Odour / CRI Green Label Certified (0 Grams VOC). Rate to be inclusive of 7-8mm thick Carpet Underlay and Moisture Barrier made up of 100% recycled PET and ment to heavy traffic area. Moisture barrier padding is floor padding that has a layer that prevents liquids (spills, urine, etc) from passing from the floor to the floorboards, and it also prevents vapor from coming up from the base floor (concrete, etc) through the carpet. Covering of Carpet with 2 Layers of 300 micron thick protective plastic sheet to be considered for floor covering to avoids damages to the carpet during construction finishing stage, In the process vendor should supply one layer of plastic and how ever if required, they will cover the exposed area once again with another layer of plastic, sealing of joints with tape and remove at handover stage. 2 cycles of the Shampooing of Carpet with Hot Water Injection & Extraction method to be considered - Cycle 1 will be done before beneficial occupancy & Cycle 2 will be after six months/one year or as when required by BARC. Hardwood to be fixed to the base with clipping / grooving system and no nails to be used for permanent/Temporary fixing.
