Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out for taking up/ down or re-laying pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scale/ sludge and dirt from RCC semi underground sump of capacity 25000 gallons, washing the sides and base of tank, carrying out patch work in cement mortar to match with the existing surface, lime washing with two coats including removing of debris and vegetations from the surroundings of sump location upto 3.0m width all around and recording of cleaning date and due date on wall with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 12.00 here-in-before but sump of capacity 10000 gallons.

Material and labour for disconnecting all pipes and electric connections from monoblock centrifugal pumping set of capacity 20 HP, three phase; dismantling, taking out the defective motor and transporting to workshop, taking out complete copper windings and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire, varnishing, heating, replacement of ball bearings, re-assembling and fixing at site, reconnection of all pipe and electrical connections and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from water tanks of capacity 5000 ltrs from mouths of circulating pipes and cleaning surrounding area of tanks upto 3.0m all around complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs gun metal globe valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for 20mm bore iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCL) chemical solution conforming to IS 1673/ 86 having chloride content 10% by weight (bleach liquid solution) all as specified and directed. Note: Chemical solution shall be supplied by contractor as on requirement basis throughout the currency of the contract. Therefore, the contractor shall procure the chemical solution in piece meal as per requirement. The material shall be deposited with AGE B/R Kasauli and RV shall be prepared according. Contractor shall also arrange independent testing of chemical from Govt. authorized laboratory at his own expense .The cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
