False Ceiling

Gypsum board false ceiling : Gypsum board false ceilingProviding and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling with 12.5 mm th. Gypsum boards, screwed/ fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed & suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections at maximum centre to centre distance 600 millimeters perimeter channel intermediate channels at maximum centre to centre distance 1200 millimeters galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels. Acoustic board false ceiling. Providing and Fixing of Mineral Fibre Board Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ultima (Bevelled Tegular) Edge Tiles of size 15mm Exposed GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.7, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 -0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 20mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 32%. The tile shall be laid on precoated G.I.channel on XL2 Clip having a web height of 32 mm with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32 mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.7 Kgs/M2 and minimum pull out strength of 100 Kgs.. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system. Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of All refrigerant piping between indoor & outdoor units duly insulated as per specifications All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with hanger and exposed piping shall be properly supported in cable tray.All piping shall be pressure tested for 1.5 times the working pressure. and multiple indoor units with gas & liquid line to be considered as 1 circuit . 19mm for Liquid, 19mm for Suction Nitrile Rubber Insulation to be considered

FRAME WORK

Supply, fabrication and installation, Testing and Commissioning of MS base frame for outdoor units complete with epoxy painting, vibration isolation pads, supports, hangers, railing, brackets etc.

SHEET METAL WORK

GI Duct

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Factory fabricated Galvanised Iron ( GI )shall conform IS: 227 – 1977 Sheet ducting complete with splitter dampers, turning vanes, access doors, supports etc. as per drawings and specifications. Supports for ducts at 2.4m distance apart upto 2250/1.2m distance part for larger ducts. Each support shall have minimum 2 vertical rods of 10mm/12mm diameter with 40 x 40 x 6 or 50 x 50 x 6 angles as approved by Consultant.

Fresh air to have 6mm thick pad filter with frame & bird screen.
