Dissolved Gas Analysis in Transformer Oil-DGA. Methane | Ethylene | Ethane | Acetylene | Propane | Propylene | Carbon Monoxide | Carbon Dioxide | Hydrogen | Oxygen | Nitrogen | Total Dissolved Combustible Gas Content | Total Gas Content % v/v - Job shall be executed as and when required as per instruction of site -in-charge. Testing shall be done approved labs as per applicable IS / IEC standerds. Detailed report shall be submitted with each testing.

Furan Analysis For Breakdown of Paper Insulation. 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (5H2F) | 2-furfurol (2FOL) | 2-furaldehyde (2FAL) | 2-Acetylfuran (2ACF) | 5-methyl-2-furaldehyde (5M2F) -Job shall be executed as and when required as per instruction of site -in-charge. Testing shall be done approved labs as per applicable IS / IEC standerds. Detailed report shall be submitted with each testing.

Mobilization & Sample Collection. Travel, lodging & boarding and local conveyance of Sampling team | Preparation & transportation of Sampling containers | Transportation of sampling hardware & tool | Sample drawn from identified sampling points by experienced persons as per applicable standerds.

BDV (Breakdown voltage) test of transformer oil. Testing shall be executed as and when required as per instruction of site -in-charge. Testing shall be done approved labs as per applicable IS / IEC standerds. Detailed report shall be submitted with each testing.

Transformer Oil top up. Supply of two experienced technicians with hand oil pump and other tools like suitable hose pipe, spanners, wrenches etc for a shift of 8 Hrs. Deputed persons shall have PF & ESIC registration. Deputed persons shall able to handle entir job by themselfs with out any asistence or guidence from RCF side. All required tools and tackles shall be arranged by the contractor.

Deployement of technician having sufficient knowledge and experience in operation of SANDS - L & T CMRI 1010 reader with RF communication. Deputed person shall have sufficient proficiency in MS -EXCEL, MS - WORd and SAP system. Job shall include downloading DATA from L & T make EM 101+ energy meter installed in individual quarters having RF port using CMRI ans BCS. Deployement shall be done as and when required.

Transportation arrangement (both truck and man power with required tools and tackles to load or unload the Oil drum shall be supplied) of departmentally supplied transformer oil drum (200 liter) with in RCF chembur township. (Electrical store to substation /Substation to substation / Office to substation).

Deployment of electrician with valid licence as and when required. Deployed electrician shall have ESIC and PF registration, sufficient experience in preventive maintenance of LT / HT systems. Deployment shall be done with all required tools and measuring instruments like Meggar,testers, multi meter, Earthing tester, testing lamps, LT hand gloves and insulation tapes etc.. Deployed electrician shall able to handle jobs like preventive maintenance of HT and LT electric system,
