Annual maintenance (AMC) of modular type Sewage Treatment Plant including investigation of sewage transfer & collection, prelimenary treatment, checking of biological treatment, MBBR tanks, tube settler, teritary treatment, disinfection system, sludge handling alongwith bi-annual testing of treated water, bi-annual cleaning of equilisation tank (04 nos of size 6x6x6mtr appx and 04 nos of grid chambers of size 3x3x6 mtr appx), epoxy coating on the outer surface of MS structure including the body of plant & enamel paint to piping, repair to blowers, repair to water meters & energy meter, charging of bacterial media (media to be supplied by IISER), fresh lubericant oil in air blowers on quartely basies with air filter cleaning or replacement as per required, etc as per the terms & conditions appended & list of Electromechanical equipments etc attached as per Annx-B&C. 2 Nos of 80 KLD, 3 Nos of 75 KLD, 1 no of 15KLD (Total 400 KLD) at different locations.

Water circulationg pumps -12.5 HP, which includes motor rewinding, 02 nos bearing treplacement & others pumps parts repair/replacement.
Water circulationg pumps -2.0 HP, which includes seal, motor rewinding, 02 nos bearing treplacement & others pumps parts repair/replacement.
Sludge cutter pumps 2.0HP, which includes seal, motor rewinding, 02 nos bearing replacement, fresh luberacant oil & others pumps parts repair/replacement.
Air blower motor- 5.0HP, including rewinding & 02 nos bearing replacement.
