M&L for Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cable/foundation of street light pole including getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25mm thick soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to cable with layer of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after laying the cable, for protection of cable and punned down to 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Only punned volume of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for brick, subclass 'B' well burnt, laid dry flat perpendicular to direction of cable in trenches for protection of cable with a maximum gap of 10 mm between two consecutive brick over LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate as in foundation, coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specifies and directed.

Supply & fixing PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 2 core for connection to street light from junction box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI (light grade) pipe of size 40 mm dia/bore with all fittings laid in trenches/alongwalls/ under floor/road complete for protection UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for fixing junction box made of plastic material of size 239X328X129 mm with opaque cover ,conical cable gland aluminium lugs, Protection Class IP 65, 04 nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x4 mm for three phase and neutral including 01 no MCB SP 6 Amps for controlling street light and 2 Nos MS clamp of size 30x5 mm complete with nut, bolt and washers for mounting the junction box on street light pole complete all as specified and directed

M&L for boring of holes manually / machine under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches for laying of 40 mm dia/ bore GI pipe mediaum grade for passing cable throgh pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : Cost of GI pipe 40 mm medium grade demmed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm stone agrigrtae ) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar ,PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 including testing and taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed Note - Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quoted rate .
