Supply of SMD 1800W +/-10% tolerance LED Floodlight fixture with System efficacy of 107 lm/W (200000 lumens
+/-10% variation). Luminaire shall be made up of multiple power coated cold forged unibody Aluminium housing
with PC lens. Luminaire should be made of single modules. LM 80-08 compliant LEDs from reputed makes such as
Nichia/Cree/ Bridgelux/ Lumiled/ Osram/Seoul should be provided and it should have base of maximum wattage
5W. LED must be of ceramic base type. Luminaire shall be with IP66 and IK10 protection. Luminaire must be
available with beam angle of 10/15/20Deg. The LED shall be compliant with LM80-08 standard with L70 life of
50,000 Hrs tested at maximum current +/-10% tolerance. The LEDs used should be with CCT of 5700 K and CRI of
1 Minimum 90, TLCI≥90. Single Driver will be potted type, Integral / Non Integral type Constant Current operated nos 184 165500 30452000
driver with range 180-528V AC. Driver Efficiency > 93% & 10KV internal surge protection with additional 10KV
SPD, Power factor greater than 0.95 and total harmonic distortion (THD) of less than 10% should be integral to
the luminaire. Operating temperature range: 0deg C to +45deg C +/-10% tolerance. Driver shall provide ultra low
ripple current of < 3%, NABL report must be submitted for ripple of the driver.. Compliance to Indian Standards of
Fixture weight should not be more than 19Kg +/-10% tolerance and dimension: 451 X 518mm (without bracket)
+/-10% tolerance. Wind Load test of the same housing must be available from third party lab.
Supply of 41M (Top of headframe) fixed head frame stadium High Mast complete with all accessories, designed
for mounting up to 48 nos. X 1.8kW LED floodlights and the wind loading as per IS 875 (Part III) for Delhi, with
recommended safety factors.
Supply of Foundation bolt sets for above High Masts complete with anchor plates and template.
Unloading, Shifting, stress fitting, mounting of head frame and other accessories and installation thereof on
existing foundations with suitable capacity main and auxiliary crane, adhering to all safety protocols. Proper
alignment, orientation and levelling of High Mast is an integral part of this activity. Note: The structural stability
design of the High Mast shall be approved/vetted by IIT/ NIT or any government institute.
High Masts Foundations - Removal of existing & construction of new
Design and construction of open raft type foundation for High Masts with 'M25' grade concrete and High grade
steel reinforcement. The foundation shall be designed as per the safe soil bearing capacity at the location,
3 considering the bending moments and other forces expected to be transferred on to the foundation. Fixing of job 4 55600 222400
foundation bolt assembly and provision of HDPE pipes for copper flexible cables is an integral part of this work
and includes all material, labour and T&P, shuttering and curing, etc. This item includes back-filling, compacting of
soil, removal of surplus earth and restoration, as applicable
Main-rider Unit for High Masts
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of External, removable man rider unit, common for all the four High
Masts. The man rider unit shall be supplied complete with lifting cradle with all standard attachments and
devices, set of stainless steel wire ropes and accessories, climbing motor with protection and its controls, other
accessories to complete the system in all respects. The man rider unit shall be deigned to carry a safe working
load of not less than 300kg and its climbing speed ideally shall not exceed 9m/minute at full load. The system
shall incorporate all essential safety features to prevent any accident even if any of the wire rope breaks and shall
ensure complete safety to the operator.
