Excavation in soil mixed with moorum/ shingle/ kankar requiringthe use of special T&P such as pickaxes, subbals etc.including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches. S.I no - 252.Ch.4

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km.(5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Rate is Including Royality) (S.I.No.255).

Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8 : 4 : I including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 281

Brick Work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per sor S.I. No. DSR 6.34.Ch-6

Cement concrete with 2 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4 : 2 : I including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No.279).

12 mm Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for mixing any additive.(S.I. No.17.58(ii))

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand, and 2cm (3/4") gauge, approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in Slab, excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I. binding wire, an including necessary cantering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost. S.I. No.284 (1) Ch-5

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & overlapping & hooks. S.I. No.504 Ch-10.
