Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

(a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

(b) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

(a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

(a) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

(a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in:

(a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : :

(a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Neat cement punning

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

(a) Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

(a) One or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

(a) Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

a)Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Extra for using smooth glossy finished interlocking paver block of any colour instead of ordinary cement concrete interlocking paver block all complete as directed by the engineer incharge

Floor paint with floor coat emulsion paint of approved make like INDIGO or equivalent using paint

(a)New work (Two or more coat ). applied @ 2.67 ltr/ 10 sqm

Rearranging the steel gate runner of the enterance steel compound gate by dismanteling the same and refixing it along with the laying of cheqqured tiles matching to the gate opening profile ensuring smooth operation of the main gate all complete as directed by the engineer incharge
