Dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR or AAC conductors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable GI earth wire or service feeder or distribution span, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable insulators of any type and size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat in trenches for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified.

S & F of galvanised steel tube light grade of 80 mm bore with all fittings for cable protection, laid in trenches, fixed to wall or on pole including necesarry clamps sets and nut & bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc including testing after laying, complete all as specified.

S & F submain/circuit wiring of size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm in PVC Conduit of 20mm dia alongwith earth wire of size 1 x 1.5 Sqmm in green color of FRLS insulated copper conductor, single core cable through LT Pole for Street light connection from distribution board to Street light, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The rate of 20mm dia PVC conduit is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for cross arm, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to grade Fe 410-S including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified.

M & L for distribution board for street light made out of PVC sheet, dust and vermin proof out door type of size 200 mm x 300 mm x15 mm with arrangement of incoming and outgoing feeder with bus bar of suitable capacity for termination of line and arrangement for fixing copper wire of size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm with 1 x 1.5 Sqmm earth wire in green color of FRLS insulated copper conductor from DB to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Sintex or equivalent in approved makes.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to and including galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore upto test point including provision of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of reinforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, 1.75 metres long GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering having perforations at bottom and placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm size and protection pipe of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of LT outdoor type feeder pillar box, factory fabricated cubical kiosk type dust and vermin proof with IP-65, CPRI approved with locking arrangement and made out of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick duly powder coated and suitable size of channel for base complete with 100 Amps rated copper bus bar chamber including adequate Nos of cable gland of suitable size and cabinet for housing mounting MCCB and mounted on PCC (1:4:8) platform and panel board to be fixed on angle iron frame made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron duly marked the incoming outgoing controls. It shall comprises of the following fitment/equipments:- (a) MCCB 63 Amps capacity 25 KA, 4P, 415 Volts - 01 No (b) MCCB 25 Amps capacity 16 KA, 4P, 415 Volts - 01 No

S&F New generation, post-top lantern, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life , IP 66 protection made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for retrofit 15 W LED bulb with B22 base and suitable for 40mm dia pipe in replacement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make- Havells Cat part No-LHFOGAE1T11F015 or equivalent in Bajaj or in approved makes. Note:- 15 W LED Bulb shall be measured and paid under Srl Item No. 21 here in below.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty 10 Sqmm 2 core cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor multistranded, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15 Watt LED lamp, in white colour with maximum Lumen output (LM) 1425, Base Cap - B22 type, complete all as specified and directed. Make of LED Lamp:- Havells, Cat Part No:-LED ADORE 15W B22 CDL BALL LAMP LHLDDEEEML8R015 or equivalent in Bajaj/Philips/Crompton Greaves.

S&F Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25mm external dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc.

M&L for Out door type factory made Bus bar chamber of size 0.45x0.30x 0.30m depth made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick with 4 busbars of capacity 125 Amp internally prewired, suitable for and including provision of MCB 32 Amp SPN 240V, 10KA having locking arrangement, provision of suitable hole at bottom for incoming and outgoing cables complete including painting with 2 coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exterior and interior faces and busbar insulator, complete all as specified and directed.
